I recently brought my car in to Precision Imports after I got it back from a previous mechanic who "worked" on my car. I wish I brought my car to Precision the first time. From the moment you call or walk in, they treat you with such kindness and care. They fixed my car the very same day along with other services I requested. Everyone was knowledgeable and professional. I really appreciated how transparent they were, as well as taking the time to answer all my concerns. After I received my car back from the previous mechanic, my car was extremely dirty both inside and out and I had to get it cleaned. This was not the case at Precision; my car came back exactly as I had it. Even the shop is clean. The way they present themselves is the way they run business. This is a high quality mechanic and I'm begging anyone who has a European car to bring it to Precision Imports, unless you enjoy headaches! I moved to NH two years ago & began using Precision Imports because of a mailing for a discounted inspection. I never realized how lucky I was that day! I got lost finding the shop & so was running late when I arrived. I didn't have much time to get the inspection done & be able to make my doctor's appointment. I was immediately informed by Austin that I could use a loaner car. This was especially great news because I only had a few more days left to have my vehicle inspected in NH, & I had no other free day. I left for my doctor's appointment & when I got out I was shocked to find a phone message from Precision asking me to call for an update in what had been less than an hour. I called, thinking I would be told my car was ready to be picked up. Instead, I was told my new car could not pass inspection because the windshield washer pump was not working. Instead of the $20 I expected to pay, the bill would be a few hundred dollars unless it were covered under my warranty. After freaking out a bit & calling my car dealer & being transferred from person to person for almost an hour, I realized I had a copy of my warranty in my glove box & this is thankfully, when Austin & Precision stepped in for me. They determined that the repair was covered by my warranty (YAY!) & took care of all the paperwork. They also had it all done & inspected by the end of the day for me!! It was also beautifully cleaned too!!! When I moved, I wondered where I would find a reliable & trustworthy mechanic-especially not knowing anyone to get a recommendation from-well; now I don't need to because I've found one on my own! I brought my Audi to Precision due to them specializing in foreign cars and no Audi Repair shops being around. I was told my Audi was leaking oil. I brought it in for a diagnosis which was $145.00. They completed the diagnosis and told me the leak was due to the seals on my turbo were compromised, the turbo would have to be replaced along with the seals. $3,500.00. I agreed even to the estimate and I thought they were going to fix the leak by replacing the turbo and seals. They had my car for a few day they I called they said it was ready. I went the next day Friday to pick it up and I paid the $3,500.00. They pulled the car up and let me drive away. Days later my low oil light comes on so I look at my invoice to get the number and call Precision, they sent a tow truck. in the mean time as re-reading the invoice and the work they did I couldn't believe what I was reading! I had to re read it think I was reading it wrong but I wasn't. They replaced the turbo took it for a road test oil was leaking all over and in the turbo again, they clean off the engine and tried to find leak again and couldn't. never did they tell me once. Not on the phone when they said it was ready or when they took my money and let me drive off. This is not honesty! I would never recommend Precision. The shop manager Austin who took my money and never disclose they couldn't find the leak tried telling me he wasn't their the day i picked up the car but he was he took my money either way i paid them to fix a leak and they never did took my money let me drive away knowing it wasn't fixed and had no oil in it. now my engine has damage and needs a new engine why should i eat this cost. smh stay away from that place. Also Austin is not a stand up guy he's not honest and like to talk under his breath when something isn't going his way! Bad news travels faster then good news! I have a big family and many friends on social media I will past this a long as long as I have air to breath. I don't know how these guys sleep at night knowing what they do to people just trying to have their car fixed. I am going to contact the attorney generals and BBB so no one else has to go through this night mare! read more

I came in for a basic wheel alignment/rotation/wheel balancing. While I waited, I sat in the nice waiting area that had refreshments and magazines. It was brought up to me that my brakes were nearing the change point, and suggested in the near future that they should be changed. At no point was I pressured into anything. I had an extremely unpleasant series of experiences with this repair shop. I have a British exotic that they claimed expertise with but had none. They nonetheless felt entitled to $110 per hour to 'learn' on my car. It took them months to procure parts and when the car was returned me it was in a sad state. The convertible top was no longer functioning, they had managed to tear up some of the very expensive trim parts in the trunk while replacing a power radio aerial and didn't bother to replace what was left. The car's interior was filthy and there was over 50 additional miles on the odometer over what it went in with. The car was near pristine with only 24K miles on it. I think they siginifcantly compromised the value of the car and I would never bring them a broken down Volvo never mind a British exotic. read more
