At the recommendation of a friend, I took my 2024 Nissan Titan pick up truck to this establishment to have new tires I purchased through them installed on my truck. They mounted the new tires on my existing rims within 30 minutes. I was impressed by the speed and reasonable cost of the service. The honeymoon quickly faded once I got on I-93 heading home. At speeds above 40 MPH the steering wheel began to vibrate excessively with the problem only becoming worse with increasing speed. Completely unacceptable. I immediately took the truck to a local Nissan dealership where they tried to balance the wheels which did not solve the problem. I can tell you that Senna Tires will NEVER touch my vehicle again. I am out of pocket a total of $1200 on a truck that has the vibrating steering wheel from hell because of whatever they failed to do correctly. Buyer beware! read more

I just got my car from another body shop a week prior. Needed some tires and was recommended to senna by a family member. Went and they neglected me for about 15-20 mins. Got some tires mounted and they destroyed my new finish rims. All four of them. They even destroyed the lug nuts. I showed it to the owner and he said he's not responsible because it's fresh paint. Fresh paint is a day or two. I had my vehicle for a week prior. He said in the Google review that he was busy and I'm giving him a hard time. All I did was showed him the damages. There was no voice raising or any of that. He said all he can do for me is take $40 off and sent me on my way. If you have good rims I do not recommend you to this place! They rushed because it was busy. There is no honor it making things right with this person. He takes no responsibility! read more

I have to been to this location several times for my tire needs. They always get my tires the next day and give me a call to come in at my convenience. Their price are also very competitive, I always get the best prices here, and they get me in and out in minutes! They are honest with their business and work because I thought I needed a new tire after getting a small hole in the tire, which can be pricey up to $200 for my car, however they said with a patch my tire would be good as new and that saved me so much money, truly thankful! I went to Michelin tire's website and saw Senna tires was a dealer so I called and talked to Raphael. He moved quickly and ordered them (had to do it within 45 minutes) and said he would install at the end of the day just before he closed and he did! They sold me 11 years expired, dry rotted tires. They ruined four BRAND NEW lug bolts, and all my valve sensors. They extremely over filled my tires. Then they said they have no clue how they could've done that- but they were the only ones to touch my car. They only offered me the money back for the tires, and for one of the four broken lugs, and nothing for the ruined valve sensors. I don't know how they broke my car so much when just changing tires. There is no reason whatsoever that this is acceptable. Never go to this place unless you want them to intentionally destroy your car. read more

I use to recommend this place to everyone i swore by them until recently I had a tire blow on my passenger side front and they replaced it and go to get the car inspected hole in my side wall which means the car falls. After several hours of correspondence/ indecision, in my part (run flats or reg tires) I decided to give this shop a try and man am I a happy camper. Rafael, was very responsive with options, correspondence and prices. I ultimately decided to switch over to regular tires. Tires ordered on Sat, delivered and ready to install on Monday. I didn't make it up for another few days or so, but was fit right in at the 11th hour. Service was fast! I was in and out in 30-45mins, tops. They also offer, if needed, no APR 100 day financing and walk you through process. It doesn't stop there... They continue to provide valuable customer service even after you leave the shop. Rafael followed up asking to stop by or go to a nearby shop to re-torqued lug-nuts after driving approximately 100 miles on my new tires. What?! I've had many cars in past 20 years. Many which I got new tires/serviced at high end car manufacturer dealer (BMW) and/or other national tire places. Not once was I notified of this service. Never! In disbelief that I had to Google it. Hi my name is Corey Kimball and I had gotten my car done at senna tires couple weeks back my car has sensors and all-wheel drive I also have over 10 years experience in mechanical work and all around changing tires from all sizes all the way down to wooden rims. My girlfriend had gone in there to get used snow tires that were talked like they were great tires but they were sadly extremely dry rotted and over 11 years past the DOT date which is technically illegal and extremely dangerous after 10 years. And we were notified that one of the lug nuts was stripped and that the bolt might snap if it was put back on. I said that's fine I should have no problem replacing that stud (note all 10 studs on the back had been replaced with brand new ones with new lug nuts a month prior). Unbeknownst to me multiple things were wrong with the vehicle. After driving around for a day or two noticed that the sensor lights keep coming on and off which they have not done yet for the past 2 years. I go to check the pressure on the tires and they are at the max pressure for the tires which is extremely dangerous and causes belts to snap which could potentially cause your car tire to blow out on the highway ( note these tires are extremely dry rotted as well) after checking the pressure I noticed that that all valve cores were stuck in a downward position letting air out. And I have to frantically try to pull the pin back out with a pair of tweezers or pop it with a knife. Call them up to let them know that there's too much air in the tires and that they did something and might have damaged the sensors I was talked to like I was a piece of trash who did not know what they were talking about. We were supposed to venture down that way to get everything checked out but sadly a family crisis had happened. We had stopped in a couple of days after that to notify what had happened and what is going on. Also one of the tires had picked up a nail on the right rear. I go to change the tire and all of my lugs on that side are stripped and one of them ended up snapping trying to take it off meaning that they over torque it and stripped my bolts and nuts. At that moment I had enough and I had drove down there notified him everything that was going on with the sensors and what I believe the issues were while he was telling me I was wrong and belittling me in the parking lot causing me to get upset and I shouldn't have but I ended up yelling at him in the parking lot and eventually calmed down. So I was proceeded to be told that they didn't do anything wrong and I'm blaming them for everything that happened to the vehicle when everything that happened to the vehicle is the stuff that they had done after everything was fine and passed inspection from replacing things. The gentleman proceeds to accuse me that the tire is flat because of the nail that was in the tire that I changed. I proceeded to tell him that all the tires were having sensor issues and that they were all losing air because of the dry rot. The gentleman preceded the berate me and talk to me like I was stupid when I do this type of stuff for a living and have good amount of years of experience also came forward to tell me that he was the owner of the establishment. He offered the money for breaking one of the studs and to give us the money back for the tires but we had to give him the tires back he refused to change the tires for us or fix the sensor stem issue that I have been bringing up. Then later today had brought it to a tire shop that I know does very good work they're called juniors on the west side of Manchester on main Street next to 7-Eleven. Also I had worked for that tire shop for about 4 years everything they seen that was wrong with the vehicle they were laughing at and saying that these gentlemen did not know what they were doing they notified me that they did break our sensors they notified me that belts broke in the tires from them overfilling them with air and that they were extremely dry rotted and 11 years past dot date. And that back right tire with a nail head sunk in they couldn't even take the bolts off because when they torque them on at Senna they had over tightened them to the point where the studs would spin with the bolt and they could not remove our tire to put another new one on. I later went to Sanna. I proceeded to apologize about the other day and how I was taking the way I was being talked to and I didn't appreciate it and in hopes thinking that I would be speaking to associate that would know a little bit more about tires ended up doing the same thing when I was letting him know what was wrong with our tires as a tire shop your responsible to pay for sensors if you break them or over Tig the cores which had happened which caused them to crack and the Junior's tire shop also told me that they had taken the whole sensor apart and assembled it back together because they were all stripped as well and they couldn't remove them and had to chisel them read more
