Through Yelp projects I was put in contact with Precision Landscape. Very good communication effort through the app. Scheduled for them to come on Friday since I would be home. They fit it into their routing and showed up around 0900. In about an hour they were able to get rid of all the overgrown weeds and clean up the trimmings. Then another truck showed up and they sprayed all the areas we discussed and they reiterated I should have no problem with weeds for AT LEAST 5-6 months. Initially, we were satisfied by the work and the value; however, a few months after the project we had a leak. The work was completed in April 2022 and the leak started late June 2022. Robert came out to fix it on three occasions and each time it was hard to reach him and he didn't fix the issue properly. Since then we've continued to have the issue but have stopped contacting this company to repair as their solution was to just use zip ties to fix the leak. They have poor communication and just don't seem to care about fixing the work properly. We've had two plants die from being over watered as a result. read more

I am glad I contacted Precision Landscape - they have been everything I've been looking for in a landscaper. They contact you to tell you they are coming, then show up on time, and do a very good job. They communicate with you through the process, provide a very reasonable quote (usually while standing there without delay) and charge exactly what they said they would when the job is done. They also make an effort to clean up when done, plus can handle the occasional unusual special requests, even going so far as to research what was needed to implement them. I needed a new valve installed, interface and programming of the timer, plus a brand new run of irrigation for the front and back. All was done per my request, budget and polite. We needed some landscaping work done on our property including removing 4 large oleander bushes, trimming a bunch more and also removing some smaller bushes we wanted to get rid of. I posted the request on Yelp and Robert immediately got back to me to set up a time to visit the property and estimate the work. He was the only one that was willing to actually come and see the job which I thought was critical. In the past I have worked with some other companies that want to quote based on a description or picture only but that risks misunderstanding and either under bidding the job so they are not motivated to get it done or overbidding the job to make sure they don't get stuck. Robert came out on Monday morning to see the property and review the job. He gave me what I thought was a very fair estimate for the work and said he needed to confirm the schedule but it should be done in less than a week. Later that day he messaged me and said they could be there first thing the next morning. Tuesday morning Robert and his crew showed up, they did a great job trimming the oleanders that needed trimming. They did not just chop them like the last crew we had but they took the time to trim them so they actually looked really good and you could barely tell they had even been trimmed. They also made short work of the oleanders that had to be removed as well as the other bushes and treated the roots to prevent them from coming back. They hauled away all of the debris and you couldn't even tell landscape work had been done. Overall, I was extremely happy with the work that Precision Landscape did and will definitely use them for future needs. There may be companies that would quote a lower price for a job but I would not even be tempted after the value I got from Robert and his team. read more

I started using Precision Landscaping about 2 months ago when my previous landscaper stopped showing up. I went with Precision because of the statement, "We actually show up!" on their website. Unfortunately, that was false advertisement. The first 6 weeks were fine. I had no issue with the quality of work, and the crews were on time. However, after those 6 weeks, I noticed that the next service was missed. A week later, still a no show. I reached out to Robert several times via text and voicemail. He never returned any of my messages and stopped showing. Edit: After speaking with Robert, it became clear that the stop in service was due to computer error. Robert was a straight professional and for his hard work definitely deserving of a high rating. However, after the irrigation job was completed and I laid sod myself, a month in it is noticeable that there is a lack of sprinkler coverage with the dead spots of grass showing. Also noticed several sprinkler heads do not stand straight and are angled and are also several inches from curbing (not ideal for grass due to lack of coverage). There definitely could have been a more thought out irrigation design in two major portions of the lawn area as well. Photo attached shows issues. Sprinkler heads, several inches from curbing (installed after curbing) and noticeable angle of heads. Brown spots on sod 1 month after install shows lack of water coverage/subpar design. Pricing was fantastic and he wasn't trying to pull one over like other companies; and Robert is a straight up good guy, however irrigation layout and execution could be improved upon. I have tried to remedy this myself by removing and installing all new Hunter sprinkler bodies with their MP Rotator nozzles to improve total area covered as well as lack of water on grass (I performed this costly upgrade on 5/12/21 personally). read more

I paid them, only to find they barely trimmed shrubbery, blew all debris to my front, back patio never blown, weeds are 3 ft tall, and left dead grass because they didn't dump the clippings from the mower bag. ---yes I know people are thinking... Used to work with Robert when his business was Door2Door Landscaping. Was happy so tried to continue using him now with his new company. In February he failed to show up or respond to my calls and texts but he later said he had a family emergency so I gave him benefit of doubt again in May asking him to come by and trim some bushes and check in an irrigation issue. He promised to come by on Wednesday or Thursday. He never showed up on either day. I reached out to ask if he forgotten me but got no response.
