I certainly gained 10-12lbs easily in 2020 so it's about time I get them off me. I was never blessed with flat abs no matter how fit I am and after my 2nd session, I'm starting to see results (takes 3-4 months to see effects) and did my 3rd session on my abs and 1 session on my inner thighs yesterday. Some discomfort, but it's expected. I'd say definitely check it out and stick to recommended number of cycles. It's like going to the gym, you don't expect immediate results after hitting the gym once and call it good.
