The cable on our LiftMaster garage door opener had come off the drum, leaving the door inoperable. These guys are amazing. When our garage door opener failed in April, they installed a Lift Master opener to handle our heavy door (replacing our Garage Genie, which failed.). We were never happy with the Lift Master - didn't connect to Alexa or Siri, wouldn't sync with older cars - and were even more unhappy when that unit, too, started to fail. Called Precision Overhead, and they sent a technician out the same day. Hearing my issues, they offered to replace the terrible (and expensive) Lift Master with a brand new Genie ... gratis. FREE! Daniel came back the next day with parts and installed the brand new Door Genie, and we couldn't be happier. Fantastic warranty, service, and value. About 6 months ago when closing our garage door with the wall-mounted remote, it errored with the message that the door was coming down with too much force. I checked for obstructions and tried again repeatedly, no change. So I detached the door from the opener to deal with another day, which turned into months. I recently contacted Precision, requested service, and made an appointment, a very simple process. The tech arrived on time, studied the system, and made very clear recommendations. In fact he prepared costs for 4 different levels of service. We selected the primo service (replace rollers, gaskets, seals, reattach the door to the opener, tune up the opener, and test, test, test, plus lifetime warranty). Not cheap, but certainly of great value to us (remembers that we *chose* the most expensive option). We even made another appt to return and replace the door seals for both sides & top, which he finished moments ago. Again, a great value and something we don't have to worry about. Highly recommend.
