I searched online and found a local company, Koops Overhead Doors. Koops jumped to the top of my list due to several very positive reviews. I contacted the owner that night and he said he'd come out first thing in the morning. The next day he checked out the issue, which as expected couldn't be fixed because parts were unavailable. He showed me a new system with improved features, which I agreed to purchase. Fortunately, he was able to have an installer do the replacement the next morning. The installer arrived on time the next day and started by removing the old track and wiring. He had the whole new system up and running in under an hour. He programmed the remote, showed me how it worked, and walked me through the features. It's funny to get excited about a garage door opener, but this thing is so quiet compared to my old one, and it has built-in Wi-Fi, motion detection, and a camera that can identify people and animals. Koops is top notch when it comes to customer service and getting back to you. They sell great a product at a reasonable price, and the installation was fast and professional. Highly recommend them!

They sent some one to fix it but you definitely see the repair, but the most annoying thing is when it was being prepared the floor wasn't pitched correctly so water pools right in front of the door leading into the house. Dealing with this every time the car drips water after rain hasn't made me very happy.
