My mothers neighbor had Ventry…read morefor their driveway, walkway, and porch and they had researched several companies, looking at the finished products, and were pleased and my sister had a stamped concrete patio done by them. Both are very happy with the work Ventry provided. Phil was professional and courteous. They did an excellent job. They went over and beyond my expectations. After the concrete was poured, I got a call at work from my daughter, the dog got out and ran across the concrete walkway and she ran after her leaving the dogs and her footprints in the concrete. i called Phil, he said to send a picture that the concrete is probably already setting but that it would fade. i sent him the picture and when i got home, i was expecting to see my concrete ruined however , they must have come back and smoothed it out , because the footprints were gone. To me that is going beyond what was expected. It was our fault the dog got out and my daughter chased after her. You can not tell there was ever any footprints there. Their pricing was reasonable, i have gotten compliments on my driveway by other professionals asking if it cost more than twice as much as i paid. I have seen their stamp on several driveways and walkways in our area. I would highly recommend them.

Despite repeated promises and numerous attempts to get a date, the work still has not been completed. Communication has been inconsistent, and we are constantly told we'll be scheduled in a week, only for nothing to happen. April of 2025 we originally had Mike Jr tell us we would get started in a week. 2025 never happened. He promised we would be first in 2026. This year May 1st 2026 we were marked by the utility companies. For two months we were having to remove and reinstall each flag after each law mowing. Which also was part of our neighbors lawn. They were incredibly inconvenienced as well. We planned our summers around this project, and the delays have been frustrating and unacceptable. When I called another number affiliated with the company, he once again promised they would be out in two weeks. Which I told him we can't wait again, that I keep being pushed out each time. We were having a party and couldn't have a ripped up driveway along with neighbors moving that week. He stated that if we couldn't wait then we should find another company. We are currently mid July At this point, we've lost confidence that the company intends to follow through on its commitments and contracts with anyone. We have been told another family waited 3 years for theirs. Terrible way to treat your customers and extremely unprofessional. If you're considering hiring this company, be prepared for long delays, poor communication, and unfulfilled promises. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend them. Save yourself the wait and bypass this company.
