April of 2025 we originally had Mike Jr tell us we would get started in a week. 2025 never happened. He promised we would be first in 2026. This year May 1st 2026 we were marked by the utility companies. For two months we were having to remove and reinstall each flag after each law mowing. Which also was part of our neighbors lawn. They were incredibly inconvenienced as well. We planned our summers around this project, and the delays have been frustrating and unacceptable. When I called another number affiliated with the company, he once again promised they would be out in two weeks. Which I told him we can't wait again, that I keep being pushed out each time. We were having a party and couldn't have a ripped up driveway along with neighbors moving that week. He stated that if we couldn't wait then we should find another company. We are currently mid July At this point, we've lost confidence that the company intends to follow through on its commitments and contracts with anyone. We have been told another family waited 3 years for theirs. Terrible way to treat your customers and extremely unprofessional.
