Their diagnosis was wrong. The actual cost for the repair to fix the water pressure was $0 as the cause was calcification I fixed and the boiler only needed a replacement valve as the system is set up to replenish the water supply.

I tried replacing the thermocouple due to the fact that the pilot light would go out. In some cases, not relight at all. My wife relayed this information to the "technician." The guy arrives and goes and relights the pilot. He then called it good and left. My wife informed him that I had replaced the thermocouple, and he said something along the lines of " well, that must've fixed it." He then said that if there's any further issues, to call them back. Obviously, that didn't work because the pilot light went out again. My wife tried calling them, and no answer. She left a message, to which there was no response. I ended up going to Menards and getting a thermostat/ gas valve and installed it. That did the trick. My wife called the home warranty company, and we were given a refund for the service call. I recommend using another plumbing company, as these guys are a joke.
