I went out for lunch at noon 4/25/26 and came back to a mess with a toilet overflowing spilling onto the floor + my shower & bathtub coming up with brown water. The other toilet wasn't working as well since I arrived 4/23, I had gotten quotes and was debating on calling a plumber, but having no toilets and not wanting to poop myself i decided to call a plumber in an emergency. I had been quoted on yelp $600 to 700 4/23 to change the toilet valve, and I had assumed snaking the drain/ repairing the other toilet would be 1200 to 1500, + the overflow had popped the toilet wax seal, and precision plumbing got all those things done for under 1000$. read more

Last weekend my toilet handle feel off; I went to Ace Hardware and bought a flapper & handle to have replace. Leo came to my house to do an extensive amount of work on my waterheater. He had to leave to go get parts. I had errands and decided to leave when he did. He suggested that I leave the house unlocked in case he came back before me. I told him no, I will give you a key. But the hose from his truck to the house wouldn't allow me to close the front door. Again, he told me it would be fine to just leave it open while we are gone. I asked him, "Would you leave your own house open if your not home?" He said. "I don't need your crap! I've got 7 other waterheaters to do today!" I told him to go ahead and go do them. He said, "That's fine. You want me to pack it up?" I said yes.
