He knows what he's doing and judging by the cars on his lot and shop, he's an artist when it comes to customizing. My Lexus wheels were damaged from acidic wheel cleaner being used on them at some point, so I made an appointment for wheel painting. Went in on Tuesday, he took his time and went over all options for me, and gave me his recommendation for what would look closest to how the wheels looked from the factory. I went with his recommendation. Wednesday morning he texts me saying it's done. I show up and the car looks amazing. The wheels look as close to factory as possible without having Lexus do it for an arm and a leg (and done in 24 hours!). I couldn't be happier and highly recommend his services. Recently I was told that if we needed our parts sooner than 2-3 weeks we would have to pay extra. Called to talk to manager (worthless customer service personal I have ever met) over part that got lost. Left several phone messages for him to call me back and he never did. So I had to personally go and see if they could find our parts. He preferred to call the police to have me removed than to assist in lost parts. Back in the day before the new owner and management you could count on quality service with no hassles. Can you imagine that we spent over $100k in just that last few years and the manager is willing to give that up for lost parts not even to look for them or make it good? Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I would not give Embee a toilet paper stand to powder coat. However I would give the manager a half roll of toilet paper for his half bass management skills.

I do keep my car in the garage most days and it has sat in the 90-100 degree sun on a few days. Still going strong. Templar Wraps did a fantastic job! Everyone has been asking where I got my wrap done and I've been sending them here. I had a vision and an artist friend helped me put that vision on paper. I brought it to Templar Wraps and they made that vision come to life with their amazing printer and very skilled wrap job. I couldn't be happier. If you've seen me on the road or come up to me giving me props about the wrap, well this is where it got done. Templar Wraps was very easy to work with. That realization was disappointing, but my most recent visit made it clear I won't be returning. I brought my car in to have my old wheels removed and new wheels installed. This is typically a 30-minute job at most, yet I was charged $160, and the car still wasn't ready over two hours later. What made this worse is that no price was given upfront before the work started, which is completely unacceptable. When I raised my concerns, instead of accountability or an apology, I was met with pushback. Jeff, as the owner, I would expect better transparency and professionalism--especially toward a repeat customer. Charging premium prices without disclosure and failing to deliver timely service is not okay. This was an extremely bad experience. I won't be coming back, and I'll be advising friends to take their business elsewhere. Jeff, I welcome a public response explaining why no estimate was provided and why a simple wheel swap took over two hours... an apology is absolutely owed here.
