I spoke with Tony on a Friday and he was able to fit me in on a Wednesday of the following week (Memorial Day weekend) and the car was completed early Thursday morning. Tony was extremely knowledgable going over each component and the steps they would take to install/repair while keeping my bottom line in mind. Tony even dissuaded me from respraying the front bumper cover (didn't need it anyway since the winglets would cover the small rock chips and the labor cost to dismantle and reinstall would be high) as well as not going the route of replacing/painting a totally new trim piece. I am ridiculously meticulous with my car and Coastal truly exceeded all my expectations especially on their workmanship, professionalism, communication and overall cost. I expected the job to be a lot more $$ for what they accomplished - the price was lower than the estimate. Tony is a straight shooter and his honesty and transparency is refreshing. I did not have any paint work or blending done but in my mind, I would not hesitate at all to return to Coastal for any of my vehicle's bodywork/painting or custom installation needs. At the Manchester dealer I was quoted well over $9K for a bike I just paid $7K for from Rochester. Also here in Rochester I got a 5 year warranty with the lower price. They were only discussing a 3 year warranty for that larger price in Manchester. But more than that, Rochester Motorsports was a low-pressure, hassle-free negotiation. They answered all of my questions about their dealer fees and warranty fees right up front as soon as I asked. Their dealer fees were a fraction of the dealer fees the Manchester dealer was offering. And they wanted over $200.00 to deliver my bike to me in Portsmouth from Manchester. Do yourself a favor and just go to Rochester first. Do your homework like a smart consumer, so that you know the actual MSRP of the product you are buying and can understand how much in fees the dealer piles on. You can even Google the estimated costs for repairs or the frequency of breakdowns for a particular model. But in the end you should buy your bike or ATV from Rochester Motorsports. They are just regular working people like us. I highly recommend Rochester Motorsports and I will certainly buy from them again. A 5-Star purchase transaction in my books.

Said "in stock" and available for pick up in Danvers Tuesday morning or seabrook Wednesday morning. (Danvers was closed Monday). I chose to pick up in seabrook Wednesday since we are in NH and couldn't get down to Danvers Tuesday anyway. My confirmation email said "ships from western cycle" to seabrook location. My receipt was from the Danvers location. I got a call Tuesday at 5:30pm from seabrook saying that they didn't have the bike I ordered in stock at either location. I explained what my confirmation email said and the very sympathetic employee from seabrook said he would call Danvers so see if they had put the bike aside without his knowledge. Danvers was already closed for the day so he offered to call and get back to me in the morning. 10:15 Wednesday I get a call from the owner, with a big attitude, telling me that they don't have the bike. Zero sympathy or compassion for me, the customer. He claims it was in seabrook and must have sold right before I ordered but doesn't know when. I was obviously upset, having ordered Monday and only finding out two days later that they sold me a bike they didn't have. The owner acted annoyed that he even had to call me and said "I don't know what to tell ya". He offered to cancel the order or order the bike (which would come in 7-10 business days), but we are leaving on vacation and needed a bike sooner. He said "sorry" like he was forced to, and was just overall not nice to me. I would recommend Buchika or Philbrick's for your bike needs. Philbricks went above and beyond and legit built a bike for us same day (normally a 2-4 day turn around) so we'd have it for vacation.
