Fortunately, like we did the previous year, we called the friendly and reliable folks at Go Glass in Lewes to come and do the job. We were not disappointed. And just like before, making an appointment was easy, the pricing was fair, communication was excellent and the workers came exactly on time. Replacing the lower sash was quick and expertly done. I'd like to give a HUGE shout-out to our GoGlass technicians, Jimmy and Dawonne, who went above and beyond by spending extra time rubbing and scraping-off some intense gunk present on the "new" window replacement sash. With a lot of elbow grease, they got it all off! They also spotted a small defect in the "new" window that I noted and will report. And in addition to fixing our window, they also checked out an unusual spin that developed on our GoGlass custom-made round glass tabletop. They discovered that one of the tab holders shifted to the center (likely from cleaning), which explained the spinning effect. So, they replaced and repositioned all the tabs, cleaned the table and set it all back to normal. Jimmy and Dawonne were awesome and deserve a raise! We highly recommend GoGlass for their expert services, quality products, product support and fair prices.

I've been to a lot of different tint shops over many years of owning cars, but I have to say the…read moreway this place operates is far superior. First they gave extremely clear explanations of the different tints, and followed up with clear answers when you asked questions, which is always a huge plus. Second, I was on a time crunch and even though I messaged them the day before I was trying to get in, and they were full up they had me drop off the car so they could work on it for me. Professional job with amazing results. The only negative thing I have to say is that it appears they lost the emissions sticker to my vehicle, not sure how I am going to deal with that back in my state but it'll get figured out at some point.
