Unfortunately, I had no results after 2 Emsculpt sessions. Great bedside manner, just no results.

It was meant to be a relaxing part of our celebration. When we arrived for our 2 PM appointment, we were informed that one of the massage therapists had been sent home sick. While we absolutely understand that health and safety come first, the way this was communicated to us felt abrupt and impersonal. The staff member who delivered the news was nonchalant, and while she repeated that it was about "our safety". Considering the context of our celebration and the planning that went into the appointment, the delivery felt dismissive rather than empathetic. We were then offered a facial and massage combo or to split the time with just one of us receiving a massage. That suggestion felt out of touch for a couple celebrating their anniversary. It made it clear there was little thought or care behind the service experience, despite my husband being in communication with the location well in advance. When we declined the facial offer, the front desk assistant kindly wrote down numbers for sister locations that might be able to fit us in. While we appreciated her effort, it would have been far more helpful and service-oriented if the team had called on our behalf, explained the situation, and tried to help us get rescheduled - especially since it was Mother's Day and last-minute availability was unlikely. I am giving two stars instead of one because the front desk assistant at least tried to help, which is more than we can say for her counterpart, and the space itself was clean. Otherwise, this was a very disappointing experience for such a meaningful day.

Tonight, I was unable to find a last minute…read moreappointment at any of their locations so I opted to try Elements Massage for the first time. The clinic, itself, I found to be a little less high-end looking than the competition down the street (where I am used to going). The trash cans in the women's restroom were both full, when I used it. There were chips in the paint (various areas). The masseuses' names were on laminated sheets above each room door. I don't know. It just felt lower-end to me than I am used to. The signage, too (up behind the front desk), looked a bit cheap to me. There was a female (who appeared to be a masseuse) that was expressing her displeasure to the front desk gals about having to check something and/or some after work chores that supposedly started today. She insisted that she had performed said chore(s) yesterday. Even so, the front desk girls insisted she repeat it again today. They further explained that they had sent a text to this gal yesterday explaining that this process or procedure was to start today. The masseuse who was clearly trying to get out of the clinic and go home replied, "Well I didn't read the whole text!" in an annoyed/frustrated manner. I didn't think this was proper/appropriate nor professional to have this conversation right in front of a first time client. They all HAD to know I was hearing every word, and they were well aware it was my first time at their massage clinic. I was thinking, "They should have added emptying the restroom trash to her chore list before she left." Massage was very good ... Hence the 4 stars. Pressure was perfect, and masseuse had a unique style I enjoyed with fast strokes. He was like a machine. It was pretty amazing. That said, I had asked for an enhancement when I filled out my intake forms (CBD Herbal Ritual), but, unfortunately, I guess nobody informed the therapist because I did not receive the upgrade. I have to admit, I had been looking forward to that, and I was disappointed by it's absence. I would have said something to my masseuse directly about this, but since I had never experienced an Elements massage, I didn't know whether perhaps that was something they waited to add towards the end of the massage??? Also, I had put on my paperwork to avoid my face and scalp because I tend to get acne troubles when I have oil on my face. The therapist confirmed this wish at the beginning of my massage, but he forgot and still began to do my scalp and face. After he had already started, he remembered. By that point, the oil was already present in my problem area so I gave him the go ahead to continue, but this was another bummer. Again though, over all, it was a fantastic massage, and that is what is paramount. Despite the couple of dislikes, mistakes, etc., they did not hold enough weight to give any less than 4 stars. I will return and give them another try.

Therapist was not knowledgeable on the muscles. Kept causing me pain by rubbing his elbow directly into my bones... didn't listen to direction when given.. not relaxing at all No manager on site to speak to about it prior to leaving, front desk said I could call him later. I'm…read moredisappointed with my experience at Thai Royal Massage & Spa in Scottsdale and feel it's important to share for others who may be considering going. I called ahead and scheduled an appointment for myself and 3 girlfriends. At the time of booking, I made it clear we had not decided on services yet and wanted to choose when we arrived. The night before, they called and left a voicemail confirming us for 90-minute massages, which was never agreed upon. I immediately called back and clarified that we were still coming, but only wanted 60-minute massages and would choose our exact services when we got there. They confirmed that was fine. When we arrived, I signed us in and specifically wrote "combo" because I was interested in their combination reflexology. Before my massage even started, I clearly told my masseuse I wanted the combo reflexology, and she acknowledged it. However, the massage I received was not reflexology at all there was no foot soak and barely any foot work, which is standard at every reflexology place I've been to. On top of that, during the massage they were extremely pushy about extending our sessions another 30 minutes (making it 90 minutes total). I was asked twice, and all 3 of my friends were also pressured to extend. We all declined. At checkout, I noticed I was being charged significantly more than expected. When I asked, they told me they gave me the "combo body massage" instead of the "combo reflexology." That was never what I asked for. Instead of taking accountability or trying to correct their mistake, they did nothing. To make matters worse, their tipping system feels very uncomfortable and aggressive. They present tip options starting around 30-38% and hold the payment screen right in front of you, creating unnecessary pressure. Overall, the entire experience felt disorganized, misleading, and focused on upselling rather than customer service. I take responsibility for not being more confrontational in the moment, but not everyone is comfortable speaking up, and businesses should not rely on that. I left feeling taken advantage of, and unfortunately, they've lost our business. I hope this review helps others avoid the same experience.

My body is well past using massage therapy for pampering; I need it for relief from aches and pains. Out of desperation, I walked into Lemon Tree Massage for a same-day, 90-minute upper body massage. My shoulders and neck were feeling like concrete and they hurt. My massage therapist was very friendly, but she was not an expert in muscle anatomy. Therefore, the massage was not as helpful as I needed it to be. I paid $100 for a 90-minute massage plus a 20% tip. I tipped her for her effort and professionalism even though I left disappointed. She checked in throughout the massage for desired pressure, but she was definitely more accustomed to massage for relaxation versus therapeutic relief. A few more notes...There was no table warmer, which was fine by me, but you get the gist this is a no-frills experience. There is no neck cradle on the massage table; you're given a donut pillow. Will absolutely be coming back to this place. Remember, there is a small $2 service fee for credit/debit cards but I believe it's totally worth it. So happy with this place.
