When he showed up to our home for the first time after I had met with multiple contractors, I knew he would be the best person for our project. He was very knowledgable about home architecture and renovations, he provided samples and assured that he could accomplish what we were requesting. He definitely delivered a quote in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable. He was able to complete the first set of renovations in our new home and did a phenomenal job. He provided great, quality work in a reasonable amount of time with absolutely no headaches. From beginning to end, we thoroughly enjoyed working with Emmanuel and we have no complaints. Subsequently with seeing even more install issues that are solely on Granite & Marble Solutions, they are completely unresponsive and keep kicking the can down the road. Very bad customer service. It's been very disappointing to have spent the money we did and have all the install issues which permanently impact the quality and look of the stone.
