I bought a new brake kit online for a great deal and needed them installed. Speedworld offered to do it for a great price lower than anyone in my area. Turns out I ORDERED THE WRONG BRAKES! They called and said they could source the same brakes in the correct size within the hour and have them installed without delaying my car being picked up. The price I paid them for the brakes was slightly more than I paid online but with same day service I can't complain. Definitely will let them order the parts next time instead of sourcing myself. Have been there before to have my exhaust kit installed and they did a great job on that as well. 5/5 highly recommend read more

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! Had my tints done and calipers painted here. Within 3 months, the tints started peeling, so I went back, and the owner agreed to replace all tints. He only replaced 2. 3 months later, all tints were peeling off, AND the paint on the calipers was chipping. It was clear the owner did not put 2 coats of paint on the calipers and the paint he used was very poor quality. Returned to the shop expecting the owner to stand by his work and fix both the tints and calipers since it had been just 6 months since the initial job, but he refused to do anything. He claimed that caliper paint was peeling because of water pressure at a car wash (not possible since I hand wash my car) and peeling tints were the result of kids playing with windows (not possible since I have window locks on). THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF, AND THE OWNER IS A CONMAN. AVOID AVOID AVOID!! read more

Great place who does great work . Recently had them do some striping and a custom decal for my hood on my challenger which came out awesome. Them other day i stopped in cause i had an issue with a tune that was done awhile back by the prior owner of my car at a different shop. Rich ( pretty sure thats his name) took some time to take a quick look and give me some tips and advice. His professionalism is something hard to find nowadays. No stars for this place. I made a mistake walking into this place and spending my money. The guy who install my footwell and ghost lights screwed my cars electrical up. Car would die everyday after a boost because he hook up lights to a constant power instead to actual done and door panel lines. He left my car dirty and did not return screws and light covers back to original place. Even ate in my car. When I told Mark he didn't seem to care as if that's normal. Adam, is a cool dude but Mark the other manager don't seem to care about the paying customer. I walked in to get a graphic printed nobody acknowledged me waited in line for 35 minute while the employees joked around with one customer and told me to be patient . Then another customer walks in and they gladly ask me to step back so they can help him . I would like to start off by saying the place is clean and organized. I brought my 16 Maxima here to have the low beam lights converted to LED and my fog lights changed to LED. Alex was helping me and first stated it would take two hours. But he calls me 45 minutes later to say it was done. Lights worked properly and installation was clean. My experience at Speedworld was phenomenal. Prior to going there I went to a car radio repair store in Freeport and within a few seconds of looking at my daughter's car he says I see this problem a lot in this type of car all the time and tells me I need a new car radio and it would cost me $380 to $480 depending on the kind of car radio I get. I was kind of leery of the reason and quote of the cost, so I continued to shop around. I was strolling through I came across Speedworld and instantly I was greeted and I explained my problem with the car radio. In no time Jeff opened up my radio in attempts to diagnose the problem. He kept me abreast of what was going on, even searched around for a CD to see if my CD player was working as well. He finally came to the conclusion that my antenna and antenna connection was bad. Don't go here! I made the mistake of going there for a new JL Audio system for my '13 escape. I brought it by around 11am when the parts came in. They said that I can pick it up in a few hours. I had an important appointment that night, so I called around 5pm to check on it. I wanted to know how far along they where, if they where close to done I'd come and wait, if not I would take my truck. They said the installer was finishing up and to come get it. When my friend dropped me off I was told that he was just getting started on the back doors. I was stranded without a ride and had to wait another 2 hours, causing me to miss my appointment. If they where honest I would have drove my truck and made my appointment, but I guess they couldn't wait the extra day to take my money! To add insult to injury the front left speaker cuts in and out and they refuse to fix it. The crew is a bunch of crooks and the installer a hack, don't waste the valuable time and money on this place. I will celebrate the day they deservedly go out of business. read more

Got a recommendation for Speed World from a friend for window tinting. Their price was $100 less than another place I heard about. Gave them a call, they said I didn't have to leave my car and could wait for it. They showed me my options on tints and cars that had the different shades. I chose one (not too dark) and waited inside for about 35 mins or so. The tints look awesome and I am very happy. read more

Beware ladies!!! This place ripped me off! I went in to change the light bulb on my custom headlights they had installed. The guy tells me it's $20. Then he comes back and tells me it's another $25 for installation. I said okay no problem. Then he comes back 30 minutes later with the Ballast and says "This Ballast is not the right part and the lights don't charge properly". How can that be when I had the custom headlights done there less than 6 months ago? I was aggravated but I said okay go ahead $95 total right? He says yes. Another 20 minutes later I look at the bill and I was charged another $10 because they had to take the bumper off. From $20 estimate to $119.45. Over an hour wasted and total rip off! read more

Ive had a car tinted here, my girlfriends tail lights tinted, and in a few days ill have another car and tails done here. They do awesome work, friendly staff, and great prices. Tail light tint is 100 bucks less than tint world. Plus they do just about everything here. I plan on also having the interior wrapped and halos installed. Definitely recommend this place...so much so that i drive an hour just to get to it. read more

I took my new AMG C43 Coupe to Mark on a recommendation from my salesman. He had used Mark for his personal car. i wanted the side door sills wrapped in high gloss black. If I had purchased a new side door sill it would have cost me $ 1000.00 plus labor. My salesman said Mark would do it for $ 200.00 and it would look better. I held my breath .... nervous about my new beautiful car. when i picked up the car ... it was perfect ! Mark said " that will be $ 150.00 " i said " i thought it was going to be $ 200.00" Mark said " it didn't take as long as i thought " . Honest .... Nice guy but will rip you off as soon as you turn your back. One of the guys knew I was a frequent shopper, so I just went in and told him to order me 2 pairs of hids with bulbs. I didn't ask price cause I thought they'd take care of me. He calls me to come get them and he slams me with a $600 bill!!!! I said "woah man, online their $150,200" he didn't care but said I had to pay for it cause I already ordered it. I don't like to argue so I paid it. I have gotten tinted windows on four different cars and navigation radios and HID kits installed here. Service was somestimes aloof, not nasty. Prices were not competitive. Would I go back, Definitely. The work was clean (almost surgical) consistently. They guarantee their work. I don't want to have to be going back three and four times for the same job. Keep away. The shop lacks all kinds of skills and sometimes they have no idea what they are doing but they do it to your car anyway. Trust me, these people gives 0 fucks about other people's car, and they just want to get the job done fast and collect money, no matter how poorly the job is done. I had a subaru wrx and I gave them a turbo kit to install. After I got my car back I found out that they tuned my car like shit and causing my car to stall on the highway, and my check engine light is on. I told my guy about it and he told me to go to the shop and they will have a look. After I drove 30min to get there, there was a guy used a tuner to clear the code and told me there's nothing else he can do. He will check online be give me a call back. And guess what, I never got his call again! If u think this is bad, just keep reading. Just a few days ago I found out they actually broke some harness and wiring in the turbo kit and it's causing my car to go into safe mode every time I start it up! I had time reorder the wirings and reinstall everything on my own. Apparently they tried to installed it but they had no idea how. Instead of trying to figure it out from online or from experienced mechanics, they just tried on their own, broke the damn thing and finished the kit anyway! That was the worst experience ever for me, So please, if you love your car, don't ever go to that place. Because they can literally ruin your car and still take your money. read more

i went in for tint, hid's and lowering springs for my 2012 bmw 335 they set me up with maxx pro. can-bus hid kit, eibach springs and 20% tint. they did a great job and clean install on the lights. the car looks sick. thanks guys read more
