Once the driver was dispatched, I honestly believe he arrived in about 15 minutes. That brings me to Jim. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and made me feel completely at ease. He reassured me that my safety was his top priority and handled everything efficiently. It had been a long and stressful night, but these two gentlemen turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. What impressed me most was that Jim knew I still had a drive home, so he even called me the following morning to make sure I arrived safely. We had the worst customer service and experience with this company…read more We had a leaking hose on our transmission and called AC hydraulics for the repair. This change the hose and fitting, and the engine leaked worse and they came back out to change the washer on the fitting. Then they charged my card a second time to repair the fitting they originally did incorrect. After changing the washer again, we left the dock and the leak still persisted. We called PIRTEK and the tech came out and confirmed they used the incorrect washer and was shocked they would double charge and not warranty any work. I called to speak with the manager (DAVID) at AC hydraulics and he immediately blew up on the phone. I've never had such a disrespectful conversation from a manager at a company. He yelled on the phone, and stated once you left the dock that's on you and they weren't doing anything about it and then hung up the phone. Literally they did the work, we left the dock and leaked worse than it did originally, and the companies response is too bad, after you used the motor at all that's on you. Unbelievable, avoid this company at ALL costs.
