I went for an oil change they reset my oil odometer and didn't change the oil. I checked it when I got home the oil wasn't changed at all. Oil don't get that dark in 2 miles. read more

REVIEW: I looked up this location only because it was near where I was purchasing a used car and I wanted to get it inspected before buying. It's a shame they are so far because I would make them my go-to mechanic. James and his team made me feel completely comfortable. They did a thorough inspection of the car and presented both the critical and non critical items. They worked pretty quickly and didn't try to upsell me too much. Went here for the first time to get brake pads changed it took them the whole day to do it , when I finally got vehicle back a lug bolt was broken on one of the tires and two or three bolts were left loose . A small simple part was needed behind the tire also and manager had said they were going to put it for free since they were fixing the broken part behind the tire and a little skinny dude with somewhat long hair went out there to supposedly ask for pricing came back and said $150 to $170 , these employees here are unprofessional poor service and liars , I would not recommend this place not even to my enemy, they are there to take advantage of people and money hungry and they need to get rid of that skinny kid with long hair as well if they want to improve a little ! read more

So I always get my cars oil changed here. Went in to get it changed it was ready in 10 minutes. Paid for the most expensive oil change were they top every thing off and they didn't tip anything off!! Or tell me it was low! Very poor service plus they didn't put my stick back up that props the hood open and bent it! Be ware you get what you pay for. Cheap prices and shitty service! read more

WILL NOT BE RETURNING!! My car was PERFECT, I only need to replace a belt and get an oil change, everything was going great until they brought my car out and my tire was flat from a nail in their garage! I didn't notice until another customer pointed it out, so when I caught them they said they'd replace it... FOR AN EXTRA $20 FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS THEIR FAULT!! I was very upset with how one of the employees treated an elderly man that came in to get his oil changed. As I sat waiting for my car I hear the Mr telling the employee that he is a long time customer of this store. The Mr told him exactly what he wanted. When it was time for him to pay the pric was like 5 or 6 more dollars than what he normally pays. The employee didn't seem to care. The elderly man, that has been a long time customer, remained calm and said he would just take his business elsewhere. The employee didn't even care....he just said ok and let the customer walk out. This kid at the register didn't even try and check with his manager to see if he could give him a discount or see what he could do to keep him as a loyal customer. Not only did they lose his business, but mine as well. The wait was very long just to get my break pads changed and at the check out they tried to charge us twice and didn't know we had already paid when we just needed our receipt. read more

Wow what a tune up shop! After my girlfriend had taken her car by there for an oil change 3 mos ago I went behind them to check the work. To my surprise the mechanic had script the bolt off and they did not tell her when she left. Well we were going to be ready for their antics because I went along on this oil change. And I told my girlfriend if he comes back and dont tell you for a second time, then there is going to be a problem. He had the car back there for about 8 minutes and I know personally for myself its going to take longer than 8 minutes to take a script drain pan bolt off and do a drain and refill. Well when he was done in that short period, he wallowed in there and handed her the keys. He started to check her out and then I asked him damn did you do an oil change. And his reply was yes...and I asked how when the drain had a script off bolt on it. And my girl then went in on him telling him that you did my last oil change and you didnt even tell me about the script bolt. He kept saying he was sorry...but if you were really sorry you wouldn't have put the bolt on there twice and not tell her.....He went on to say he could put one on there for $12 when we already had purchased one for $4...Then my girl conveniently asked him don't you have a record of who worked on my car last. And he said yes. . .but before he could check his assistant conveniently blurted out that it must be the one who was fired...Then he comes back with yea that guy was fired he no longer works here. And to say that was the end of all business between her and Precision Tune Auto Care on browns bridge road....Well I personally don't think he did an oil change at all because when I pulled the oil filter off the first time she supposedly got an oil change, the oil was very dark...Well I'm going to go out and pull the oil filter off to see if the oil is still dark, and if it is after a new oil change, we are going to go back and demand a refund.....check back soon! read more

CONSUMER BEWARE!!! This is to let you know you need to check behind ppl when you go have things done on your car. I took my 2005 Chrysler PT for an oil change in 5/2017 @ Precision, which was where I took all my cars. No issues thus far but I had my hubby check and there was a stripped bolt put on at the time of the oil change and they failed to inform me at the time. Fast forward to today, 7/3/2017. I took the PT back to Precision for another oil change but this time I knew the bolt was stripped so I was waiting to see if after the oil change someone would tell me....Nope, that didn't happen. So the manager bring in my keys and tells me that I'm ready to check out BUT I bring to his attention-how did you remove the stripped bolt and did you put the stripped bolt back on the car. He answer was-yes, he put it back on. So I informed him that if this was done there, why not replace it I mean the customer should be satisfied but he says I would have to pay 12.00 to replace the bolt that they stripped and this came from the manager. So then I ask for him to check the records of the last visit to find out who did this and the female employee says Chance is no longer with the company (convenient to blame someone that's not there to defend themselves) but then the manager proceeds to tell me that he was incarcerated, front of other customers. This will be the last time Precision touch any of my vehicles EVER...*Please check their work and don't take what service they say is done as done properly* read more
