I got an oil change and had them test two of my systems. They did the checks free of charge with the oil service. While I was waiting the front desk clerk was on hold with an insurance company for over an hour just for the insurance company to deny the claim for the work they were about to complete. This is one shop I would stay away from. They steal from their employees and don't pay money owed for completed work. If they are willing to do that to their employees I can't imagine what they are willing to do to the customer. They told me it would be an hour wait to change my oil. It was two and a half before they even started. Then they LET THE AIR OUT OF MY TIRES!! How do I know this? Because I had just had my tires replaced three days before this and everything was perfect. The morning after they changed my oil, all four of my tires were 2 PSI too low. No waiting around, they immediately had me on the schedule that day to install new brake pads. They had a $99 "special" on brakes which was considerably less than anywhere in town. Amanda was professional and had fantastic customer service. I opted for the "Engine Flush Package" $95 which also included oil change, filters, and power steering fluid. Basically got the works for my SUV for just over $300.(Everywhere else in town quoted over $220 for JUST BRAKE PADS!!) They had my car back the same day. IT RUNS AMAZING!! read more

Please do not take your vehicle here. Bought a service package from this shop which included an oil change and the only thing that was done was the oil change. The package included replacing and topping off Vital fluids, but they only replaced my washer fluids. Long story short my coolant was never replaced and a week later my car over heated and I had to be towed to the nearest shop to avoid causing more damage to my vehicle. I called the shop and expressed to them that they outlined in the package a service which they did not fulfill and they showed no regards for me or the problem which occurred as a result of their negligence to fulfill a service which THEY SPECIFIED in their service package. Terrible business and terrible quality of service. Will never recommend to anyone EVER. read more

I came in to get my air conditioner checked at 1130 here it is 208 and I'm still her because I told the people not to let my window down and they did now it want come back up and they broke my door panel. The manger Darren was so nice he was trying everything to keep me calm and fix the situation. But this AMANDA she was the rudest person I kno she talked to me like she had issues with me. While I was talking to Darren she became a threat. This isn't the 1st run in ive had its been another when I got my oil changed as well. AMANDA needs to learn people skills cause honey I'm not a child I'm grown then she wouldn't let me and Darren have a conversation to try slove this matter. Then the men's that were fixing on my car were rude to there's a skinny one there tellin me if I don't calm down he ain't fixing SHIT and I said I'm grown who the he'll do you think you are. The way my car came in is how it's going out. I feel that this was the worst service ever. Half my day wasted because of your employees.
