That experience left a bad taste and made me question the level of support I could expect as a customer. Well that question was answered, and my perception changed when Discount Tire Store Manager Arlin got involved. Right from the beginning, the tone of the conversation between Arlin and I shifted entirely. Arlin took the time to personally review the situation. He listened carefully to my concerns and what I experienced without interruption. Arlin inspected the tires thoroughly, reviewed my tire maintenance history, gathered all relevant information and went to work. What stood out between the previous interaction from this was Arlin's genuine intent to understand the issue and do right by the customer.
