Excellent service. I had already done my research online and knew the tires I wanted so I was an easy customer. Total time involved approx 1 hour. Time quoted app1 hour. Every team member was friendly and polite. The place was clean, comfortable and reasonably quiet. As I waited I heard a few other customers and every interaction was courteous and professional. Customer for life - We were on vacation in Texas when our rental car had a flat tire. We were 2 hrs from the closest rental facility. Luckily, we were close to Discount Tire, 7906 N Navarro, Victoria, Tx. We called the rental company and they wanted to send someone to change the tire. I told them that we were at Discount Tire and since I was a long-time customer, they would fix the flat for free. When the tire was removed, it had several finishing nails in the sidewall and couldn't be repaired. The rental company first told us to drive it to the nearest rental facility to exchange the car but that was not an option since it was 2 hrs away. Thanks to Arlan Mayfield, who provided us with a tire, we were able to be on our way quickly without having to be delayed anymore by waiting on the rental car company (& let us keep our cold food in the company fridge)! New and nice location. 40 minutes in and out to get tires replaced. Techs are all like rushing to get things done, very efficient performance but sometimes it's also nice to slow down a little bit to make sure nothing is scratched or damaged. Just saying, my wheel was fine. read more

Came to discount tire on 3-8-2019 for four new tires, two of which were to be ordered the day before. Long story short. Tires didn't arrive on time and to top it off the two they said they had they didn't.
