This time around we both tried this location and both of us had the best experience with Cassandra Myself it was a first for time waxing for me, more out of curiosity and self improvement. Cassandra was excellent, I had 2 major areas waxed and I am smooth as a baby's bottom, although spoiler alert, it was not my bottom. Still a very pleasant, joyous painfree wonderful experience with Cassandra. Sure we had a small 'sell' for products but nothing hard or full time during our waxing. I returned to get information on laser hair removal. I am not really eligible for it because I have a lot of tattoos. I ended up getting it done on my armpits. I started the process but ended up switching to a different location because the person that originally assisted me ended up being a temp for the day from a different location. No cash. No front desk staff. Electronic check ins. Payment via credit card.
