This salon has a great deal for new customers who want this "package" for getting eyebrow threading. Whenever I come here, there is a ridiculous long wait to get eyebrows done. Reason being is that there's only ONE person working. Y'all might be thinking "oh there were probably a lot of people waiting ahead of you." Nope. Literally just one person in the chair and me next, easily took 20-30 mins. Now, they do a good job at what they do but why have only one person working? Gave this place 2 tries. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Ginnie was once fantastic but no more. She's always running late! Doesn't matter the day or time she's always late. Her shop is closed between appointments so she's just literally running late. The quality of her work is awful. I will never return to her again. A business owner should care enough to do quality work and be on time. She brushes it off each time and always has an excuse. read more

I don't know how to describe how happy I am with my hair! My hair color was messed up by my old stylist almost a year ago and finally Ginni got me back to normal in just one try! And an awesome cut. Perfect. And, she squeezed me in on a busy day because I had a function the next night to go to, and even stayed 40 minutes after closing to make it all happen. 50 minutes until closing time. She only had 1 person getting a haircut, which was another boy. My husband walks in with my 4 year old son for a haircut and she turned him away. The only answer we got from her was "oh not today." I am confused as to why. I cant tell you if she's good at what she does or not but I wont be coming back nor would i recommend anybody wasting their time going to find out. Thank you for wasting our time. read more

There are no words for how happy I am leaving this place. I feel absolutely beautiful after Syeda did my hair! As soon as I walked in I noticed how clean the salon was and how good it smelled. I first went to this place for the good reviews on eyebrow threading because there were not very many good places in Katy. They did my eyebrows amazing and affordable. If you're going here for the first time for eyebrows they have a Groupon that's a great deal. So as I kept returning for eyebrows i found out that the rest of their services are just as great. They have cut and dyed my mom's hair and she loved it. I got a deep conditioning/repair treatment and my hair has never felt softer. On my most recent visit, we got to talking about my blackheads and pores. I said I usually get facials at massage envy but they don't really extract from my nose. The woman doing my eyebrows convinced me to try their facial and get real extractions / peel off mask. Of course these extractions were painful but the rest of the facial was so soothing, and has amazing results !! My skin has never felt smoother and there are no blackheads on my nose anymore. All for cheaper than massage envy. On top of all this they have a good music playlist and nice staff. Love this place! read more

I let my eyebrows grow out for 3 weeks. I was previously here 4 weeks ago and the other eyebrow lady explained to me where I needed to let them grow out to have beautiful thick natural eyebrows. I should've known to not let Anita do my eyebrows from the last time I was there, she took WAY to much off my eyebrows. Now, I have to let them grow out again. read more

my new eyebrow place. i've been twice and on each time there was a different lady who did my eyebrows. honestly i was very disappointed the first time i went because she half ass did my eyebrows. they looked ridiculous when she finished. she then explained why she dod it the way she did. she said it was so my eyebrows can grow evenly. now i would've been upset if i actually had plans to go somewhere looking cute, especially since i didn't ask her to grow my eyebrows, i asked her to clean them up. nevertheless she gave me tips on growing my eyebrows and i listened, and i see a slight difference. change doesn't happen overnight though and i know this. thats why i would still recommend this place for eyebrow threading. reasonable prices too. read more
