We called around 2:30 which was close to the end of the 1-3 block, and they were rude to my mom and said she was a no show because we didn't answer the phone. They rescheduled us for the next week, but I called to ask why they didn't come when we had a confirmed time, and the lady on the phone, immediately started yelling at me about how I was rude, my mom was rude, we were entitled, costing her company money by not being home. I ended up hanging up on her while she was mid rant. Very rude and unprofessional staff. I canceled my service request and went with a different company that was actually able to get to me a lot quicker. Do not recommend.

While the job was eventually completed, the overall experience was frustrating, drawn out, and far below what you'd expect from a professional.
