Right from the demolition of our old kitchen up until completion of our new one, he prioritized our project. He cleaned up on a daily basis, leaving our house in the best shape possible. He is an experienced electrician and performed expert work, including suggesting additional personalized touches, e.g. under-counter lighting options, USB outlets, etc ... the little extras that we utilize and appreciate on a daily basis. He explained all the steps along the way, repeatedly providing us a with a couple of days notice when we needed to make a decision, such as our preference for laying tile, or where we wanted lighting fixtures located, and all the other necessary decisions. Tony inspected all the new cabinets, tiling, appliances and lighting fixtures as they arrived and dealt with our suppliers if something needed attention. He respected our home and even our dog enjoyed his company. Most importantly, it was very apparent that Tony takes great pride in his work. The team rotated for various stages of the project: demo, reconstruction, carpentry, tile and finish work. They worked with our current plumber as we had determined that at the outset. Mike or Brian were on site at least once a day and they were always available to stop by if any issues popped up. The house was built in the 1920s and the bathroom was original to the house, so unexpected issues were inevitable, i.e. deteriorating pipes discovered when the walls came down. These bumps along the way were handled skillfully and effortlessly and they walked us thru their recommended solutions at every turn. The team was professional, knowledgeable, friendly & respectful. We were able to work from home without any interruptions or concerns. The work itself was top-notch as everyone on the team was skilled in many different areas. If a tile issue came up when the carpentry guys were on-site, they were able to seamlessly switch gears and solve the problem. They sought our input and kept us in the loop every step of the way. They offered suggestions and solutions that made us confident in our decision to use them for such a large project. They took care to finish every last detail and a few weeks after the bathroom was completed, Mike stopped by to fix an AC vent cover that got stuck in the shut position when re-installed. Little things like that is what sets them apart from other contractors we've worked with in the past. The employees were all very professional and knowledgeable. They talked me through all of the issues that could be addressed to make my home more energy efficient and the steps needed to be prepared for the installation. They photographed all areas that were inspected before and after installation. They took care of all logistics and financial coordination of the program and laid it out for me in their co-construct website. They did a great job installing insulation in my basement and attic along with upgraded ducting as required. I paid half of the cost up front and the rest after completion. The whole process was relatively easy. I do wish that the co-construct website would go to a read only mode to access and review documentation, at least for a period of time after the work is complete, so I recommend downloading all materials while you have access. My lights have been sitting in boxes since early summer when he didn't come last time and I'm elderly and have had to take my dog out in the dark every night since waiting for a light.
