However, this past order was something telling. One of the trucks was in for repairs and a driver was also out, so they were down in two ways. Knowing we were in a bind for a deadline, Patrick (the owner..) showed up driving one of the other trucks and helped unload and deliver the cabinets. Where do you see that 'roll up your sleeves' type of leading from the front anymore!! Few and far between.. but you will have it at Carole.

This level of unprofessionalism is staggering. - ​Deceptive Materials: We were led to believe we were purchasing "eco-friendly" wood. In reality, the material is veneered particle board. This was never disclosed to us during the sale. - ​Toxic Odor: Despite their "eco-friendly" claims, the cabinets emit a heavy formaldehyde smell. It has been nearly a year, and the chemical off-gassing still hasn't dissipated, raising serious health concerns. ​Bottom Line: Don't be fooled by their "eco-friendly" branding. You'll likely end up with off-gassing materials and a company that plays games with your money. Save yourself the stress and find a reputable provider who stands by their word.

The product arrived damaged in a location that, according to Cambria themselves, could not have been caused by the customer. It was clearly damaged during installation. Despite this, after months of back and forth communication, StoneOne has refused to take accountability or help resolve the issue. We've had to deal directly with Cambria to address the problem. It's been stressful, time-consuming, and entirely avoidable had they handled things professionally. Beware--our experience reflects a serious lack of customer care and responsibility.

Bob helped us select a double sink vanity, linen cabinet, single sink vanity as well as cabinetry for a wet bar and a matching kitchen cabinet. Bob helped us address a particularly tricky area next to our refrigerator and under a support beam where we wanted to incorporate new cabinets including a trash cabinet to match the rest of the kitchen. He also helped us with ordering coordinating trim and moldings. At one of meetings, he realized he had overcharged us $80 in the calculations and told us and lowered the price! It was so refreshing to work with someone so honest. Bob delivered all the cabinets in a timely fashion so the carpenter onsite could install them. I wouldn't hesitate to work with or order from him again.

If you call them they will give you the names of merchants within a 10 mile or larger area that sell their cabinets. The cabinets are solid wood and good quality, not top of the line but good for the home owner on a budget. My daughter has had them for over 5 years and they still look very good. The service call went smoothly, two plumbers/technicians did get to the root of the problem and a new electronic board needed to be ordered. I was immediately charged $320 for a service call that lasted about an hour. Several days later two plumbers/technicians returned with the new electronic boards and some other items that needed to be replaced. I was presented with a bill/estimate for $2,100 with no itemization and when asked I was told their customers like things to be "kept simple." In this way they can supply as many technicians as needed without worrying about costs... Logic does not add up. So, they are competent and have fixed my problem, but I have issue with their honesty. You can make your own decision but, be sure to get a few estimates for your job.
