Buyer beware: --- We had Cambria quartz installed through StoneOne, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. The product arrived damaged in a location that, according to Cambria themselves, could not have been caused by the customer. It was clearly damaged during installation. Despite this, after months of back and forth communication, StoneOne has refused to take accountability or help resolve the issue. We've had to deal directly with Cambria to address the problem. It's been stressful, time-consuming, and entirely avoidable had they handled things professionally. Beware--our experience reflects a serious lack of customer care and responsibility. read more

We replaced our 20 year old granite countertop with quartz and going with Granite Countertop Pro was the easiest and most customer friendly process I have ever experienced. Alex was polite and knowledgeable and very responsive. It made it extra efficient that they also have sinks to purchase and a plumber. The countertop removers/installers and plumber all were friendly, hard-working, and professional. It was only 8 days from the time I ordered the countertop, removal and template development, and installation and we were without a sink and counter for only 2 days! As a contractor I have come across a lot contractors. I was told to try Granite Countertop Pro for a project in Byfield, MA. They installed 3 bathroom countertops and one kitchen. Once the client picked out the slabs and sinks, Julian came out to get all of his measurements for the install. This install project went very smoothly. When one worker was cleaning up another worker started to seal the countertops. For all the previous installs I've done, not one company sealed the countertops. This shows me the staff actually cared about their work. They also placed out drop cloths to protect the new hardwood floors. Countertop Pro were competitively priced, the best price compared to local places AND Home Depot. Also, they were able to provide quick turnaround. When Home Depot said it would take 2-3 months after putting the order in, and Countertop Pro was able to install within a week after the template was created. We worked with Francis to pick the design and we went to the actual warehouse where the owner was nice enough to show us the exact granite and where they would do the cut. I can only say, I will never recommend this company to anyone. they took a cash deposit 50% of the job and a day later there asking for more money then the contract stated.
