During our first visit (see my first review below), both the employee at the front desk and the housekeeper had unprofessional communication such as laughing at us about our floor and huffing and puffing about our do-not-disturb sign (we have received one during ZERO of our stays), but during our second through fourth visits, the employees performed their jobs better.
