I ended up needing to have surgery and she really did a great job, took such care and has continued working with what is best for my rehabilitation. Went to their Chandler location on 4/28. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The podiatrist was not friendly and did not discuss the side effects of the procedure she did.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]....scraping off area around the callus and put povidone-iodine on the sore the was caused by me using salicylic acid. It is still painful. They also charged $140 for that procedure before discussing the cost and I had already paid the $100 copay. I won't be returning to their office due to lack of communication about cost and side effects. read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]I repeatedly requested that the office still submit the claim to my insurance carrier, since coverage was available.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] After several phone calls, the authorization was eventually submitted and my insurance covered more than half of the cost. Instead of receiving a refund for the overpayment, I later received an additional bill. [[HIGHLIGHT]]After contacting the billing department, they acknowledged the bill was sent in error and confirmed that a refund was actually due.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The most disappointing part occurred later when another one of my daughters was referred to the same practice. When I attempted to schedule an appointment, I was told there was a note in my chart stating that the practice was unable to schedule future appointments for my family.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Patients should not have to repeatedly advocate for proper insurance processing, correction of billing errors, and refunds that are owed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I am sharing my experience so other families can be aware and keep detailed records of their communications. read more

After getting nowhere with my own podiatrist, I took my 12 year old to see Dr. Jarman for pain in his left foot and ankle. He immediately took x-rays and then suggested an MRI to confirm his suspicions. When he got the results, he was glad to see that the MRI showed more than he had suspected and gave him additional information that helped him better provide care for my son. Great Experience! I highly recommend going here. Dr Jarman was a delight to work with. I loved his conservative approach. He tried everything to heal my heel spur and plantar facilities before he recommended surgery. I unfortunately had inflammation 3x the normal size on the plantar band that continued to get worse. This is very rare and I ended up having to have surgery. Thankfully it was such a smooth and easy process.... 4 weeks later and I'm fully recovered. I'm walking again with zero pain. I should have followed his directions on coming to him right away if the second round of orthotics didn't make the pain go away after a few months. I was too stubborn and didn't want to have surgery. I kick myself waiting as long as I did because the pain went from my left to my right but way worse! I was overcompensating and couldn't walk at all! I hope this helps others learn to listen to his recommendations. He knows what he's doing, he's good at it and not one thing he said wasn't true. If you want your pain to go away- listen and follow. I'm truly grateful to be pain free after 2 1/2 years. The staff is awesome as well. The only thing I'll warn you about is the steroid injection in your foot... don't look, hold your breathe or squeeze the chair hard because they do not feel good going in BUT they help so much and provide instant relief that's needed when your on your feet all day. Although, my pain tolerance is terrible so you can be the judge for yourself. I'm sure if Dr. Jarman is reading this he would agree. LOL read more

Doctor Brent Weintrub performed an ingrown toenail removal on my 10 year old son. To start he is not the pediatric doctor so I don't know why the front office scheduled him to be seen by this doctor. It is obvious this doctor should not be working with children. He was not warm or comforting with my son. My sons toe ended up getting very infected so I scheduled a follow up appointment. During the follow up appointment with Dr. Brent Weintrub he decided that my sons toe nail needed to be further cut without letting us know what he was planning on doing or numbing my son!!!!! I was furious!!!! After finding out later that this was not the pediatric doctor I scheduled an appointment with the other doctor. All he could say is "I'm sorry this happened" and Dr. Brent Weintrub did not perform the surgery properly which caused my son's nail to become infected. Unbelievable!!! Let me first say the people working there are nice. However if you want to keep paying for treatments that yield no results after roughly 3k go there. Had what was determined to be a wart on my foot. Well after several costly and, painful cream treatments for weeks, it just came back. The podiatrist doesn't believe in cutting it out "it will leave a scare" pain and more problems. Well it's painful to do theses treatments week after week. He just wanted to continue with more treatments. Last I checked it's my foot and I have several worst scars that are visible and not covered up by socks and shoes. read more

About a month ago I got a palm thorn in the top of my foot. Right away I went to a Dignity urgent care "hospital" The doctor came in told me he couldn't remove it and away he went. That's it! I just had my 6 week post-surgery follow-up appointment & I couldn't be happier with my experience with Dr. Jarman & his staff. I had 6 procedures done during my foot surgery and the Before & After X-rays are remarkable. Through the entire process, Dr. Jarman was great: friendly, kind & with a great "bedside manner". At my initial appointment, he clearly explained the X-rays, what was going on with my foot and his recommended course of action. I felt comfortable talking to Dr Jarman & he answered every question or concern throughout the entire process. The surgery went smoothly & the recovery has gone surprisingly well. Dr. Mikkel Jarman was incredibly unprofessional and quite distasteful. He didn't take any my concerns into consideration and brushed off the pain that I was describing to him and basically told me that what I was feeling was wrong. Additionally he was insensitive to my insecurity of my feet that I had mentioned and proceed to tell me "your feet are gross" in front of the other 2 people that he had in the room. No only did they all laugh after he embarrassed me, but never followed through with the care plan and continued to prolong it. Never going back.
