Waiting area is clean. There is good social distancing with the lobby seating. Masks are required upon entrance. The doctor's MA was kind and thorough in obtaining the history of my injury. Within 5 minutes of the MA rooming me, I was walked down the hall for 3 X-rays, which only took maybe 3 minutes. Doctor was friendly, efficient, and heard my concerns. I was able to get a new walking boot before I left the clinic! Checkout process was fast and simple. Highly recommend!

We had to wait 3 weeks prior to his BCBS Medicare to kick in. My brother had an infected toe for more than a month. Finally, we called and got an appointment yesterday to see Dr high and mighty on the 6th. I received a call from his office staff only to have them cancel our appointment after I jumped several hoops making sure he was in network (which he is). He just decided that we needed to go see a dermatologist... what? This Dr is a podiatrist right??? Very unprofessional to make a call like that and WASTE my time. I would not recommend this guy to put a band aide on a cut! JERK!!!

This was basically a third opinion. Our first podiatrist said their were bone spurs, and…read moreprescribed orthotics. Fairly conservative, but helpful. He indicated achilles surgery might be needed. Then he joined a medical group, and we sort of wandered away. The second podiatrist went straight to surgery, which we consented to. Basically, detach the achilles, file down the spur, and reattach. After all that, the problem isn't any better than it was. Enter Dr Rowe. He evaluated the foot, and then ordered a series of MRI images to be taken. In hindsight, I have to wonder why the previous guys didn't do that! His conclusion: of course the achilles surgery didn't work because the calf muscle is a bit too short. So the spur is growing again because the underlying problem wasn't fixed. The calf needs to be lengthened. He was very up-front, very friendly, and not rushed. He stayed until all our questions were answered. We've declined for now, but I was impressed that he wanted detailed pictures to see what was really going on, and then made a suggestion that made sense. I think we have a new podiatrist. I suspect that surgery will happen, but for now we're going to live with it.

I have talked to another doctor and it was a common issue. He did manage to talk me into getting some orthotic inserts for $450. Pease review the pictures to see what he gave me. They are the cheapest flimsy orthotics I've ever seen with a postage stamp size piece of rubber added just below big toe. I would've gladly gotten a pair for each of my shoes, but these are downright worthless. Would love to show them to the doctor and see what he thinks. A waste of money.

I was not informed in advance that I was going to see a PA instead of the doctor, when I was trying to reschedule my appointment with the Doctor,I was told I am being referred to someone else for a second opinion who's office will call me, That never happened. Overall, I was left feeling that communication and follow-through was lacking, and the care was superficial and did not met my expectation.

Arizona Foot Health - This was the only difference on one pad. They did add this piece of foam. Other than that, it was a regular orthotic insert.

Arizona Foot Health - These are very similar support in the arch except the $35 one from Amazon is so much better. Not $450
