After waiting 2 1/2 hours for a tow truck ,we were lucky that the Mercedes' dealer was opened until 11 PM. We finished around 11 and decided to spend the night instead of driving 3 hours at that time of night. Since we both Bonvoy members, we chose the Towne Place Suites to stay the night, very nice suite with a small kitchenette. Decent breakfast.

It was huge, with a hallway, full size mirror and hooks to hang bag or jacket. The kitchen is full size with a dishwasher, full fridge and freezer, utensils, etc. The room itself was massive with a table with 4 chairs, and a sitting chair with light. The bathroom was also massive, bright and clean. The closet in the bathroom was also impressive - I want to design my closet like that! The breakfast that came with the stay was also great! Make your own waffles which I topped with strawberry sauce and chocolate chips. They also had scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, and sausage, along with yogurt and probably some other stuff I forgot. Really yummy! One of my best breakfasts at a hotel. One kind of weird thing was there was no safe in the room. The safe is located at the front desk. Also there is no restaurant on site, but is very near to many other restaurants (we got takeout at Longhorn and it was delicious). But other than that, I loved it. Spacious, clean, and quiet at a reasonable price. You can't ask for more than that. I would love to return!

This made our group of 5 run late for the reason of this trip (Halloween Horror Nights). My friend works for Expedia Taap, her mother owns a travel agency and I work for a luxury travel agency myself... being considerate, we decided we should call the hotel to let them know we were checking in late. To our surprise, our reservation had been cancelled because "they tried to charge the CC on file and had gotten an error". There was no record of this "transaction with the CC company, there was no call from hotel to advise us of this "issue", they said they emailed us (no email found). Had we not called, we would have shown up later that night to find out there was no reservation. The bigger issue was their attitude, lack of respect, lack of regard, lack of customer service... unacceptable. They lady we spoke to over the phone, told us with a big attitude she "would be there in the morning" to talk to us regarding issue.... She was nowhere to be seen, nor did she advise anybody there that we had this issue. Given my friend, her mother and my own experience in the hospitality and travel industry, the way this was handled was very unprofessional. The only positive was the help of Ana, the last person we dealt this during this uncomfortable situation.

Room was big, had all the amenities, and nice comfortable bed. Front desk was very nice and kindly provided me with some toiletries due to not having my suitcase. Thank you TownPlace for making my night more pleasant considering the stress and anxiety from traveling all day and being called at near midnight for my connecting flight to Providence.

The young man that helped me was so knowledgeable and helpful. He was very detailed I with the information that he provided and was available after for a few questions. Apartment: Very spacious! Loved the themed kids room with the arcade game. It kept my boys occupied when we weren't in the pool. The arcade game had a ton of games to choose from and had the option to have 1 or 2 players. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and kitchenware. The master was beautiful. Loved the shower the most! Amenities: Plenty to do. They have top golf, playground, ice cream truck, basketball courts, big slides and a kiddie area. Not to mention the scheduled activities and games. There is a complimentary shuttle to the theme parks which was a major plus!! This property does have homes and apartments and honestly don't think you could go wrong with either. The check-in process is a bit confusing as it's hard to find the office as it's literally in the middle of the Building 1 & 2 near a waterfountain and a pool but behind the sales center. Other than that, our stay was absolutely perfect. Our two room suite was impeccably clean and extremely spacious (two rooms and two full bathrooms, kitchen and living area. Absolutely perfect for a family of 3-4 or even two couples. The grounds are beautiful and include several pools, basketball & volleyball courts, fitness center, fish docks on Lake Bryan, mini-golf, play ground, parking garages (best for small sedans/SUVs), shuffle board, herb garden, and even a waterfall! If I HAD to say something negative it would be that the elevator was slower than walking the steps, the grounds could've used a better landscaper (at least while we were there,) and the trash cans in the garages should've been emptied more frequently. The location is just a short distance from the parks! We will be staying here each time we vist Disney in the future.

The unit was Saturday to Saturday, so two daughters and myself came over for the weekend. I knew she got a large unit but this was one of the largest units we have stayed in. Two Large Master bedrooms with Queen beds, jacuzzi and large shower. Another bedroom with two single beds and a third bathroom with shower. Large living room with seating for six. Dining table seats 6 so we brought in a chair from nice, screened in patio with table and four chairs. Kitchen is nice and fully equipped. There is something we rarely have seen in 40 years of timeshare vacations - a huge walk in pantry! Also in the pantry is a washer and dryer. The entire resort is handicapped accessible with level sidewalks and no steps. Even though the shower was not handicapped, it had a low entry and we we were given a plastic chair for the shower for my wife. There are a lot of activities for young kids and older kids. I believe there are 2 pools and hot tubs. Several playgrounds, free mini-golf, pickleball court, basketball court, and volleyball court. I believe 4 areas with gas grills and tables. Two fishing piers, I counted 10 hammocks on the beach, multiple exercise stops along the beach trail and multiple scenic area. One of the cons is the parking. Since the beach is on the North(?) side all parking is on the opposite side of resort. There are at least 2 bottom floor garage areas but most parking is at resort entry. We were fortunate to find one of two handicapped parking spots in the garage fairly close to our building. The other con is the beach. The resort name tends to suggest beach area with swimming. Unfortunately there is no swimming in the lake due mainly to Florida alligators. But they did have paddle boats to use. All in all a great resort. Our unit was immaculate with plenty of outlets, great showers Cable TV. We will definitely be back.

This particular one has solid amenities and it very close to all the theme parks! If possible, go for the king suites because they are fantastic: very spacious and it is so nice to have a kitchen in your room. Being able to being in your own food is a great way to save money. We always try to eat two meals in the room and one out per day. The presentation itself was not bad at all. They certainly push to make a sale, but I don't feel they were overbearing. I never felt "trapped" in the sales area. At the end of the presentation, they offered another package to come back at a later date, listen to another presentation, and stay at a discounted rate. We took them up on that. I don't know if we will ever be full-time owners, the whole perpetuity thing always get me, but we will certainly be back for another vacation package.
