Had the most horrific experience with this service, especially with the the person who claims to be the Owner by the name of DAVID . I don't know any business owner that would treat any customer like this individual nor run a business like this dude. I don't understand how he remains in business if he is the owner and handles business in this manner. I highly recommend that you not use this service unless you don't mind getting insulated and yelled at when you call to complain of their crappy service which is what I experienced most recent. They are really rude specially the owner DAVID he yelled at my mom really bad to the point that he made her cry he told her this is not her private limousine for her to be complaining. They haven't picked her up or dropped her off frequently my dad or myself have to miss work to take her to dialysis he said we are liars that, that has never happened. He cussed at me for ver the phone. I really do not recommend them. He said I'm the owner therefore it gives me the right to threat you(myself) or anyone how ever he likes. These guys want experienced NEMT drivers and want to pay just barely over minimum wage. $13-$15 an hour is ridiculous. I wouldn't want use a company that pays trained NEMT less the a burger flipper at McDonalds. read more

NEVER USE PREFERRED NON-EMERGENCY TRANSPORT If you care about your loved one's transport, call Firehawks instead. The manager/owner David thought it was perfectly acceptable to leave my 91-yr old father trapped in the van in soiled underwear for 20+ minutes because the van door would not open. My dad felt so humiliated. Driver removed the door panel, David was trying to tell driver how to unjam it. Nothing worked. David had known about the problem for weeks but refused to get it fixed. Had the maint. super from my dad's rehab center not solved the problem, my dad would still be stuck in the van. David did not apologize. Did not empathize with my father at all. He would not refund any portion of the fee (which I would've given to the driver, who was VERY nice). He yelled at me and basically told me to f*** off. I highly recommend Firehawks instead. Ask for Byron. He gave his hoodie to my dad when it was raining, and wanted him to keep it. What a sweetie. read more
