Aaron came out the very next day to take a look at my property. He told me that there was nearly no damage to my attic, just a few holes around the roof line of my house. He put these little doors on the holes so that the squirrels could leave but not get back in. Within a week, he came back and fixed up the holes. He was able to do this while I was at work, which was really convenient. We called them for an inspection after a roof repair a few years ago, and they came right out. We lost our contact and missed a couple of inspections. In June we heard a noise and called the office. We discussed the warranty issue, paid for the inspection, and they quickly sent out Raul to perform an inspection. During the inspection, Raul found a recurring problem area where the flashing pulled up at a roof return. He made the repair and set traps. Raul came out a few days later, and all was clear. Omega performs quality work and honors their warranty. I suggest that when you use them that you put an annual reminder in your calendar to schedule annual inspections.

I reached out to Rodent Retreat specifically because they are a local veteran-owned business, not a franchise. The whole team was amazing. I was able to schedule an inspection right away, and the gentleman who came explained different options to humanely remove the raccoon and prevent any other critters (including field mice and roof rats) from getting to the house. Based on the services I selected, they came back several times to repair the eaves, seal up possible points of entry on the roof and around the foundation, set rodent traps in the attic and garage, and sanitize the attic. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly and polite, communication was exceptional, and pricing is very reasonable, especially given the high quality of service.
