I called enterprise and told me to lock up the car and do not leaves the keys. after I told them that my car was at AJ Towing they said do not leave the keys. Bring the keys to enterprise and they will send a tow truck to pick up the vehicle. I told him that enterprise did not want me to leave the and at that time he told me that he was going to impound my car. I just had a terrible situation and accident and this guy was a jerk. I don't know what it is, but enterprise told me not to leave the keys with this guy. Then I the tow company that picked up the car from and they said he is not a legit towing company, but I thought he was. He has no cameras on his property for safe guarding vehicle,and he does not have the capacity to properly tow smaller vehicles. If I had known about his bad reputation around town and throughout Rent-A-Car agencies, I would've never called AJ Towing. I wish I can give him a zero because he should not be in business taking advantage of people. Mulliigan towing came and removed my car From AJ towing. It turns out that AJ towing has a bad reputation in Springfield in the towing industry. Be smart! Do your own research before calling for his Service

I'm always hesitant to trust auto mechanics and those that service cars due to how many times in the past that I've been BS'd about needed repairs. Not so at this Car-X! Manager Bob talked to me about my bad tire and took me out to the bays to show me the tear in my tire. These tires had 60,000+ miles on them and I knew it was time. Bob talked me through the tire styles that would fit my Sonata and I decided to stay with the Hankook tire that came with the car when purchased. The price for everything was around $800. -- surprise! -- but Bob quickly calmed me down by suggesting I apply for a Car-X credit card to help spread out the payment. I was approved in minutes and soon drove off with my new tires and oil change. Bob has since been promoted and is no longer in this store but his replacement, whose name escapes me right now, is just as helpful and professional when I schedule my appointments and arrive for same. My car is serviced by the time promised. The waiting area is small but clean and offers free WiFi, television and snacks for purchase. The mechanics are helpful and respectful and provide good customer service. Sam is especially nice and helpful. I wish I knew the other guys' names but they too are helpful and thorough. I drive by this place every morning and never would have thought to go there if it wasn't for you Yelpers. My husband always goes to Sam's Club for our tires but I'm happy to support this business and not have to go across town to give my hard earned money to the Walton family. Lastly, when I purchased my tires from CarX I had already been to Sams and got a quote and appointment for new tires. Car-x matched the price and delivered a find product on the same day as service. Thank you Bob and the Car-X crew that works at this location!!

I knew it was alternator because had my battery checked and it was good and battery light coming on and if you look it up to see why battery light coming on its the alternator. Well car x wanna tell me it's my battery cause they too lazy to fix the alternator. I went to junk yard got an alternator for 100 bucks and my boyfriend put it in and car is now back up and running. Car x is a waste of peoples time. They only wanna fix simple stuff or help people they know. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. THEY JUST NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!
