Jacob found a reasonably priced tire for us and it was ready right before closing. As we started to get into the vehicle, Jacob and another tech ran from the store and got our attention. They had noticed that something was wrong when the tire was back on the ground. It was crooked. We received some suggestions for a repair shop as well as cold water. We made arrangements for a Lyft driver and hotel. We returned the next morning and the tow truck driver was able to coordinate with Discount Tire employees to reload our vehicle. Shoutout to Assistant Manager Jacob and the technician who kept us safe and helped locate repair shop options.

I knew it was alternator because had my battery checked and it was good and battery light coming on and if you look it up to see why battery light coming on its the alternator. And if that were the case, why would they let an adult who had their child with them buy any liquor since the child is obviously underage. This was really a joke.
