Their online tools for signing up and making an appointment need some work, and it sounds like they know it. They required an insurance card, but their system wouldn't let me add one. They asked me to schedule a time, which I did, only to find out days later they bumped me to another time for some unknown reason. They also told me I could not make an appointment without a referral from my primary, even though I told them I'd be paying out of pocket. BUT, I decided to keep my appointment, really needing some answers about a problem with my shoulder. Dr. Karim did not disappoint. He was kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. I made an appointment with my doctor for a shoulder injury that did not naturally self heal. My…read moredoctor ordered up a MRI and we discovered that I had torn a shoulder muscle which resulted in scaring of the upper shoulder muscle tissue. He recommended Physical Therapy so I could get the scar tissue broken down and healing would begin naturally through an exercise program. Fortunately I was able to choose TRANSIT PHYSICAL THERAPY in Loma Linda. The staff there were amazing from the two front desk receptionists to my pets physical therapist Kaelan Ellis. Upon arrival, Kaelan evaluated my condition and began working with me to get on a daily exercise plan to repair and restore free movement in my shoulder. I was seen twice weekly in the office and assigned a daily exercise routine that over a period of six weeks completely restored pain free movement in my shoulder. Amazing! I cannot praise this operation highly enough to capture how grateful I am to this staff and in particular my therapist Kaelan Ellis. It can be difficult to find a place where you feel truly confident leaving someone you love, but the Palm Center has given us that peace of mind. The facility is clean and well-maintained, the food is very good, and there are always plenty of nurses available. What really stands out is how quickly they respond -- whenever the call button is pressed, someone always comes right away. You can tell they genuinely care about their residents.
