Since the day we moved in, we've had ongoing humidity issues. We were repeatedly told it's just the Texas summer heat, but homes in this area should be designed and built to handle those conditions. One of our walls actually has an A/C vent blowing into the wall cavity instead of the living space, yet they have refused to correct the issue. On top of that, the A/C unit installed in our home appears to be undersized for the square footage, making it difficult to properly control the humidity. No homeowner should have to deal with mold and moisture problems in a house that's only a few years old. Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying here to do a thorough inspection and ask detailed questions about the HVAC system and humidity control before making a decision.
