I showed her my real nail had a tiny crack on the side, so she could glue it or shorten my nails etc. instead, she filed them a tiny bit, painted right over the crack.. gave me a shitty manicure and an attitude the entire time. 5 days later and after my cracked nail getting caught on every surface I touch, now it's ripped off and my $50 regular manicure is wasted completely lol. And when I asked her how much it cost for the pedicure ( so I'd know how much each service was) she slammed her pen on the receipt to forcefully show me what everything cost. She then stood there arguing loudly with the massage therapist for several minutes while I was lying there, exposed and waiting, which was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. The massage was stopped, and both women then came in to tell me that despite confirming my one-hour appointment, they now wanted to cut it down to 30 minutes because they were "too busy." It is completely unacceptable to overbook clients and then try to change the service after the appointment has already started and the customer is literally in the middle of being treated. When I decided to leave rather than accept that level of disorganization, they laughed as if wasting someone's time and creating such an uncomfortable situation was funny. The entire experience was chaotic, disrespectful, and shockingly unprofessional. I only went because I had a gift certificate, and the experience was so bad that I sold it for half its value because I have no intention of ever returning. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
