Dr. Fu is knowledgeable, and compassionate, and maintains dignity for her patients at all times. I have had eczema since I was a small child, and every now and again under certain circumstances; either I have indulged in too many sweets, or the weather is too cold, or my microbiome is out of whack, or I am just stretched to capacity, and my immune system is vulnerable I end up with a severe flare. In just a few treatments the inflammation was down, and the eczema was gone. I love the way I feel like my body is getting just a little stronger with each visit, and that my functionality improves more and more. I love everything about how I feel after being treated by Dr. Fu, and her son Cory - the craft is definitely passed through the lineage. She did not book another treatment and all the dr had to say was "but you treatment not finish." Oh yeah, her treatment finish. Iron and vitamin supplements brought her health back. dr Fu is the type who is a hammer that sees every patient as a nail. No recommendations for blood tests, other tests, when nothing was happening with her course of treatment. Just hammer away with treatment and collect the ca$h. She was funding the 4th generation's education at the time. We have since found herbalists and acupuncturists who have less tunnelvision.

The PT guy Gregg knows his stuff, I need Physical Therapy due to knee surgery for torn meniscus and jagged knee cap shaved down, pain was intolerable. They are wonderful. I started going for acupuncture and medical massage treatment and it turned out that I was given the incorrect information and ended up paying more each visit than I was initially told I would have to pay over time. They eventually admitted that I was given the incorrect information, I reconfirmed exactly what I'd have to pay each time and I continued because I really needed the treatment. Additionally, the massage therapist's availability was limited and hard to align with my schedule so I started booking weeks in advance. For my most recent appointment, I received the text message to confirm my appointment 4 days in advance and I replied to confirm - it was correct for the day and time I booked for. The morning of my appointment I got a reminder via text message stating that my appointment was a different time (a time I couldn't make because of other commitments). I called the office right away to inquire about the time change - they saw that my appointment was moved and someone else was in for my original time slot. Knowing I booked it weeks ago (23 days to be exact), and received the confirmation text 4 days prior, I asked if the other person booked before or after me. They confirmed that MY ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT WAS BOOKED BEFORE THE OTHER PERSON. So instead of honoring my original appointment that I booked first they called the other person to see if they could switch - not to tell the other person that the office messed up and someone else (me) was already booked for that time slot!! They called me back to say the other person didn't answer their call, sorry for the mixup - apologetic but totally wrong in making me lose my appointment because of their error (and because the other patient didn't answer their phone) and would not change it on the other person even though I was booked first. Aside from the front desk staff, acupuncture services provided by Kristen and medical massage provided by Terese were excellent. It's unfortunate for these service providers to lose the business not by any fault of their own.
