These condos have more of a house feel rather than a condo. Lots of light and they are spaceous too! They plow and collect the trash and they are always trying to upgrade without raising fees. This is a family and pet friendly neighborhood with great walking areas and playing areas for the kid. Close enough to shopping, mass pike and rte 9. Also close to good schools! I cant recommend these enough! The economy has forced prices down so now would be a great time to buy!

I came to veiw a condo for sale in this…read moredevelopement on a recent beautiful day, and stopped to talk to someone who I thought was a caretaker, raking a yard. They were actually the residents of the condo, who do their own yard work, to bring it to an acceptable curb-appeal standard. They pay nearly $300.00 monthly fee which is what I learned at the viewing, but they are doing their own work. Looking at the streets it's clear: broken street signs lying on sidewalks, large chunks of curb scattered, which appear to have been destroyed by winter plowing, and trash, shingles and roof materials here and there...I was told that the roof was done a couple of years ago but what I saw does not indicate "new roof." The owner said some of the units had severe leaks this winter. Makes one wonder about how their monthly fee dollars are being spent. That seems like a lot of money from each owner, for the place to look like it did, and for an apparent new roof to breach. Other develpments I've looked at were a lot more "clean." The condo I looked at was nice... I'd be interested if anyone is willing to give their personal experiences about living here...thanks.
