Beware! My online request to Premier Advancement was answered by "Empire" after almost a week. Later the same day Brian from Premier Advancement called. Brian said they are the same company. Not sharing leads. Brian did not show as we had arranged. He Called 11/2 hours later stating that he had been calling the wrong phone number earlier. Asked for a second chance. Same time next day. I obliged (thinking anyone can make a mistake). For a second time I made arrangements, and my daughter did also with her job. I called him back after making the arrangements as promised. I asked that he call or text to verify that we were on the same page for the next day. Brian screwed up two days in a row. He has not called back to this day!!! I had business before him for 4 tv mounts and cable installations. This company does not want business evidently. He stated The owner of Empire is his brother. He had passed on my inform to them???? read more

Schedule appointment for Monday 11/20 they called and confirmed, they did a wonderful job truly a pleasure to watch them work. The cleaned up their own mess and made sure I was 100% completely happy!! They did a wonderful job I wish I had more TVs they could have hung. This company was by far the best that I have seen . In the past I had work done in my previous house (four tv's mounted, a surround sound wiring consultation) and it was a complete disaster and didn't let me know what to expect! I employed Premier Advancement to mount three TV's and also give a consultation on wiring my home for surround sound in my upstairs media room. They not only came out and installed the TV's in a timely matter without sacrificing quality of work. The consultation was very informative and gave me what I needed to know about what options i have to get my surround sound system. These guys are great! Very happy with Premier Advancement, the guys went from idea to finished product within a few days (literally, came out for a quote one day and were out for the install just a few days later) and were happy to answer any questions I had along the way. I had them revamp my whole home audio and mount/rewire my outdoor entertainment center. Premier is the best audio & electronic home installation company that I have ever had the pleasure to do business. I have used geek squad in the past and I mention it for comparison only, premier was 10x better at the very least. They came in, knew what they were doing, troubleshot every issue I had and made me feel confident in their capabilities. Not only that they cleaned up after and it was an effortless install from my perspective. They installed three flat screen wall mounted televisions for me, hooked up the surround, PS4, hid everything and ran sound to my pool. They hooked up 6 outdoors speakers, explained how to use everything and even followed up after two weeks to make sure I was still happy and did not have any further questions. Samsung has made its new TVs extremely challenging for your average joe to get its new sets up and working without help--and I use to sell advance computer systems, so I thought could do it----NOT!Lexx Audio & Video did a great job getting the heavy base on and connecting the other boxes--that the instructions do a very poor job of explaining. The real problem was the awful mandatory App set up and the unforgivable way the colors and contracts came with the tv when we turned it on. The last two items took over 90 minutes to set up. Again, impossible without Less Audio & Video assistance. The price for the service and assistance was more than fair and Randy is great to talk to. Just be sure you do as much as possible to the App and TV settings vs Randy, so you know how to make changes. Also Lexx Audio & Video were very responsive to my quote and texts. I'll use them again if I ever get another tv for the house.

Calls were not returned and when he did manage to speak with someone about a service appointment, all he could get was "maybe we can stop by on Friday". Not exactly what we expected given the money we initially spent. Needless to say, no one showed up on Friday. We ended up finding another company that not only returned our calls, they sent a tech out a few days later who quickly resolved our issue. Then he went through our system and pointed out some optimizations that, honestly, should have been made during the installation. When you invest in Control4, any updates/changes have to be made through a dealer, so it's extra annoying when the dealer you purchased through no longer wants your business. We look forward to working with our NEW dealer to install additional home automation and home theater components.

I texted him in September as I had several things lined up that needed installed and repaired. It was a few days before he responded but he did and explained that he had been working on a big project. He came out on 9/20 to do the work. One of the projects was to remove a light fixture and install two mini pendant lights. These are two separate fixtures with chain links from the ceiling to the actual light encasing. This was the last project of the day and he did a great job of changing out my old light to this updated look. With one exception. He called me in to look at them and I noticed one was hanging shorter than the other. When I mentioned it he said "No, it's correct." I didn't want to be rude and go get a tape measure to ensure that it was correct (I will in the future). After he left I measured and it was 1/4" shorter. To some this might not seem like much but it is noticeable. When he was leaving he commented that my house could use quite a bit of work (he was tactful) and I agreed. I could tell he was soft selling me for future larger projects. That was fine as I would like to hire a small business to do the work when I'm ready. We discussed a few more projects for his next visit and he left. Fast forward to 10/19. I sent a text that the needed to fix the light and why. He responded and asked if the light fell. I reiterated that the light on the right was shorter. It's now 11/14. I have yet to hear back from him. I'm in sales, if I did something incorrectly I own it and do the best I can to fix the problem. Especially if I want future work and bigger projects. When you fail to even respond it is highly unprofessional. I will have to pay a different handyman to fix the issue now.

These guys are top notch. Quick and responsive the whole way through. I brought them over to install a massive TV and they hung it perfectly with the wires hidden and everything. Perfect until they turned it on and we realized the TV was defective out of the box. Dion didn't hesitate to tell me they would come back and mount the replacement at no additional cost. I decided to have them hang two more TVs because of the quality of their work and professionalism. If you are a homeowner or business owner who isn't interested in paying through the nose for some large expensive AV store installer, then these are your guys. They are affordable, reliable, responsive, and good dudes. They installed my entire home theatre system and total house sound, they also mounted my projector and it's perfectly aligned. I am forever a customer of these guys. They were very prompt to my appointment and were extremely nice. I had no idea the level of service that I was going to get. Solid 5 star service. I sent an inquiry around noon about services and they were at my house at 530 installing the TV. Very professional and extremely nice. Price is amazing and service is great.
