All the different looking bikes and trikes got my attention. When I went into the store the owner waited on me. He asked me a lot of questions and suggested a recumbent that would probably work best for me. Instead of paying the sell that day with a bike that was in the price range I have him he said it would be best for me to just wait. I ended up coming back and getting the one he recommended. Update: The reason for three stars was my experience with my expensive trike. I guess I just expected more when paying that much. Kept having issues they essentially blamed them on me. They did buy my trike back for part of what I paid. So that's why a neutral 3 star rating

We needed to hightail it to Little Rock for another ride the next day. Jim and Layne were our saving graces that day, dropping everything to help us and get us back on the road. We are SO GRATEFUL to them and would recommend them highly. It's a great shop with lots of different recumbents and upright bikes, but the repair work is what we can attest to -- top notch! First of all, the bike the he brought back was completely different from the one we took. The bike breaks down again the same day. We sent it back and he kept the bike for repairs for another year!!! Everytime you call he has some excuse for why it is taking so long. Now 600 dollars later the bike still isn't fixed and he just brought it back!!!! If you need bike repairs your best option is to go ANYWHERE besides this place, especially if you ever want to ride it

He is very easy to deal with, communication is always quick and honest. He will tell you what he would do but, will and can do whatever you decide. He rides and understands through years of experience what works and what will just be you wasting time and money. He has seen every inch of my bike, inside and out.
