The woman at the desk, instead of getting off her chair and saying "right this way" or "come with me" (the shop door was right next to her), she gets on the PA! and says HOMERTHERESACUSTOMERHEADINYOURWAY. We've had an overcast month here, and my solar setup in the van failed. I took 4 deep cycle batteries to O'Reilly to have them tested. They charged & tested every one of them for me for free. Took quite a while to get a charge in them after a month of faltering sun on the roof panels. All four were toast as I sadly suspected. All they could really do was offer me something for the core on them. While there, we discussed the needs of my system and considered a marine deep cycle. I haven't decided what to do yet. But I have store credit and they said come back whenever I'm ready and they will be glad to help me get what I need for it. Very professional crew but not stuffy. Highly recommend this store.

So then after I purchased their door I went out to load it and gave the helper my old door to wrap. After a few minutes he brings it back and said his boss told him that's a no go. I was then told how much they spend a month on the bubble wrap and how expensive thing are and on and on. It's just business I was told. Ok, that's fine but what able having a business that will honor what you said you would do. In my case just 10 minutes before I was told by the salesman oh yeah no problem, we'll be happy to wrap your door. Then after they get my money it's a completely different story. Oh no we can't afford to wrap anything other than what we sell you. The feeling I got was like How dare you even ask for our precious bubble wrap. I hope your experience is better but a word of advice... if you are promised anything might want to get it in writing from these folks.
