Premier did a brake job, installed shocks and repaired a pesky EGT sensor issue on my 2012 F250 with a 6.7 diesel. Their work was quick (one day) and perfectly accomplished. The price was amazing! I figure I saved $500 over other quotes I received. I fully recommend Premier, and will use them in the future. They were honest and did not try to boost the job to pull more money out of me. They fix cars with used parts. So in the end they do charge less but the car breaks down again and you end up paying more than double to fix something that shouldn't have cost that much to begin with. Also when taking car in for a regular service like oil change they do t top your fluids, when I asked about windshield wiper fluid the answer was "oh we're out of it". No one likes to put reviews like this because we want to support local businesses but at the same time it's not ethical for businesses to betray the customers trust. I hope they take this in consideration and improve. I will never take my card there anymore unfortunately. They were reasonable in price but you get what you pay for in the end. read more

Seen an Ad on facebook for free oil change from this company..my nissan was a overdue and I didn't want to go to nissan or do it myself since I moved I don't have access to family shop that was 5 mins away. Called and spoke to Amador asked him about the oil change told me to bring it on in. Felt like i've known him for years great conversation and good laughs. Amador and Dan, and the other staff member were so helpful! I love how helpful and transparent the owner and the technicians are at Premier Auto Service. It is so refreshing for me, especially after I brought my car in to Audi Dealership who charged me $250 for a diagnostic and then tried to scam me for almost $4K ($1,800 for my audio console and another $1,800 to get my car serviced. Luckily I had just gotten my car serviced at Jiffy Lube that same day for only $283). I spoke to Amador at Premier Auto Service who ran a diagnostic on my car for free and then recommended me to Audio Addiction where they were able to get my audio console working again for $60. I discovered later that Audi Dealership disconnected one of my wires. When I called them out on it, the manager, Brett, said his technician "forgot" to plug it back in. Well, how convenient because plugging the wire back in is all that it took to get my audio console working again. read more

I was visiting in the area from LA and was having issues with my Land Rover LR3 starting. Thought it may have been the battery since it was draining each night. While looking for a reliable auto shop, I happen to find Premier and absolutely happy I did. Armado greeted me as I drove up; essentially a walk-in. Told him my issues and he was willing and able to locate the source of my problem. He was easy going, informative, and super helpful. There are not alot of auto repair shops that would take the time to listen to a customer's needs at length, but Armado's ability and process of elimination, he was able to get me back on the road in no time. I'm from Arizona traveling towards Oregon and noticed my oil pressure gauge was reading low. I'd called several mechanics in town and they all had their suggestions about what was wrong with my 1984 Dodge B250, all of which mentioned new parts and putting my vehicle on a lift.
