I went in to sign up for the works package and I didn't see anyone in the office and I said hey is anyone in the office, and I guess the owner or whatever said in tone like yeah what do you need like I was bothering him. I also told him I don't like the sticker on my windshield and he said that's the only way we do it, which is bs, because they have put it under the side view mirror. So becoming frustrated with his attitude I told him that they put it there with my previous car, and he told me to take my business elsewhere, which I did and went to Jax and they had a special for $12.99 for first month off the $25.99 wash then another $7 off for the next two months which is similar to the $26 price they were going to charge me. The business closed for 13 days, but wanted to dispute his recording because he reopened early by a few days and did not want to pay the prorated price to his standing members over a few days that he recorded he would be closed. I have been going to this car wash for at least 12 years. They are far from the best, but out of convenience I usually take all my vehicles here. Today the owner or manager totally disrespected me as I was pulling in. He talk to me any old way. His confusion on how to pull a vehicle in properly led to a disagreement which was totally on him. I have been to the car wash over 100 times a year and never had a problem until he is there at the controls. I am a 46 year old man with grand kids, I will not be talked any way because you had a bad day. I will never in my life give a business this many chances. **CAR WASH BROKE MY SIDE MIRROR** This was my first experience at this car wash, I only came here because my car was dirty and just wanted a express wash. BIG MISTAKE. First, not only is a express wash $10 and it leaves your car just as dirty when you come in, but the wash completely damaged my vehicle. After I CLEARLY watched the machine rip off my mirror, I pull over to speak to the manager, and before even saying "hello", he says "I think it's corroded which is why it probably came off". NO SIR! While my Cadillac is a 2014, I go to the car wash every week and my mirror has NEVER been ripped off nor was it damaged until I visited your business. They wrote me a incident report that further explained how the manager think THEY broke it because my mirror was corroded and offered to tape my mirror back together. I'm praying the business owner does the RIGHT thing, however I looked up reviews after the incident and apparently I'm not the first customer that has gotten their vehicle damaged by this car wash. I'm PRAYING that my experience with the owner, who is supposed to be giving me a call Monday, is more successful than what I've read online. I really just want the RIGHT THING to be done and everyone go on with life. Proceeded to tell me that he has a 5 star car wash in which Yelp says otherwise and that he doesn't care about my review. Told me that I failed to post pictures of my mirror that were "corroded", when he failed to accept that my mirror WAS NOT broken or damaged before coming to his car wash and said he doesn't care about court. After going back and forth with me (as it seems to be his reputation) he texted me a picture of mirror. Zach's reasoning of WHY my mirror was INDEED knocked off by his machines is because my mirror is corroded. Again, my mirror was not broken off of my car, until his machine broke off my mirror. I drive by this car wash every day on the way home from work and never thought to go in until recently when my car was in dire need. The cheapest wash is $7, unless you get a monthly pass, in which it would be much cheaper if you went on a regular basis. Not going to lie, I never thought a car wash would impress me, but this one did. They use a very strong-smelling soap that makes your car smell like strawberries for a few hours, and the drying process (thanks to using Rain-X) makes it so you don't even have to use your wipers when you pull out of the car wash. I keep my cars for a long time. I subscribe to the unlimited wash program for our two SUVs. It is a good value in my opinion as my wife takes hers through at least once a week, and I run mine through two or three times a week. My 10 year old Taurus X sits outside all year long, yet still looks shiny like a new car. The staff has always been friendly and quickly resolve issues with the entrance gates. They have also recovered my hitch cover on several occasions. Guess I'm a slow learner for that. I recommend this wash, just not when I want to zip through. lol read more

I've been using this car wash for many many years. I've even subscribed to a membership. Today I canceled it because the new ownership has no idea how to provide good customer service. I spoke with the owner after experiencing an interaction where I was unable to see his hand signals so he began to yell at me thru the closed and foggy window. I rolled down the window thinking I would be doing him a favor so he would not do the same with the next vehicle. Instead he began attacking me suggesting I was swearing at him! Instead of ignoring him I made the mistake of asking him to provide me with the word he was so offended by. He had no response (cuz I didn't swear) so instead him summarily banned me from his business! So funny! I'm glad to never spend a dime as his business again. To top it off I called to make sure he canceled my membership, which he did, but then he wanted to further rhetorically slap me around by now accusing me of not paying attention while lookin at my cellphone (my phone was in my center console). So I hung up and I'm left with this business lesson and the memory of his smirking face as I pulled thru his car wash for the last time: if you want to grow your business and have your customers say nice things about you, don't allow them to give you feedback, dismiss them, accuse them of yelling obscenities as you and ban them from ever coming back. It's a decent wash but not worth the money, you can find better for less but the biggest upset is the process to cancel your subscription. There's no way you can cancel your membership with them, they never pickup the phone, you will have to call to your credit card. read more

My wife and I have been subscribers here for many years, and have almost always received very good washes with a relatively short wait, except during their busiest hours. The owner strives to install premium wash equipment and maintains it very well. A hand wash is always the best, if you have the time. But most of us are too busy for that, and to my mind Premier is the next best thing. I drove company vehicles for GM for many years and I don't recall getting a better wash anywhere else. read more

Initially impressed. Car came out with no water marks or anything immediately concerning. However, after further inspection I have 4-5 new scratches on the left side of my car. The scratches are deep enough that they penetrated the clear coat and show up badly (I have a black car). Ive been a customer of this car wash for 3 years. At the line today they were busy pushing cars through to the extent I could not see the track. Normally the attendant on the left guides you in. Today The guy on the right side was pointing to turn left, which pushed me into the guide more, then some other guy came out saying turning this was with no direction, a third guy saying go straight. Ended up having damaged paint after going through car wash, body shop near the car wash said pressure on car caused the stress cracks in paint. Body shop said that I was 2nd car in for repairs in last 10 days with damage to vehicle after going through this car wash, so it does not happen every time you go through it, but can't afford having to spend extra $s to have car fixed after being washed. You should definitely visit here if you donot mind scratches/ damages on your vehicle. Most likely after coming out of the wash, you will see a scratch on the door/wiper blades ripped off/side mirrors damaged. But the wash does bring a shine on the body and tires. read more

Worst and most annoying car wash I've been too. Can't even vacuum your car out yourself without paying a dollar which by the way has to be in quarters only. Then it shuts off before you can even finish then have to go get another dollar worth of quarters. Also wanted to wipe down interior and the machines for wipes also required quarters and did not work at all. Quarters just kept falling out. Huge hassle and more than you would pay at their rhyming much more efficient competitor. read more
