Incomplete work, high price. I will never return. I paid…read more$600 for detailing my pickup truck. Did not do what was promised. Refused to do the work promised, gave excuses. You can see where they missed treating the paint. Windows were wiped on the interior side but left streaky, not clean. Chrome was not done and plastic was poorly treated if at all. Workmanship was substandard, especially considering the price. Chrome: particularly the wheels. Before: Dave pointed at them and said he'd take care of them. After: He said chrome isn't included in the $600 price. He claimed he meant the wheels would be "washed", and that's all they did. Still brake dust on the chrome wheels. Never said there was a more complete package that would actually include the chrome. Black plastic trim. Before: Dave said it would be back to black, not the stuff you buy in the auto parts store. What they use is better. It will be black I was told. After: It looked grey like it hadn't even been treated. Dave said if the plastic soaks up the treatment there's nothing he can do about that. Refused to do anything more. My trim is not black. I have used more effective black plastic treatments for auto parts stores. Use a better product or at least wipe the plastic one more time. Excuses and refusal is all I got. Did not even come close to delivering what was promised.

Terrible experiences 100% of the time. I only ones them in an emergency when everyone else is…read moreclosed. First and foremost, their automatic car wash is terrible and overpriced. For four $4 less you can get a car washed right down the street with an attendant and I can run it back through if it's not clean. With this automatic one you're stuck with what you get, it doesn't print receipts like it says. I put my car windshield in front of the blowers for an entire 60 seconds and it still wasn't dry even after gong back and forth a few feet. Second, the vacuums here really blow and the pressure washer suck. It should be the other way around where the vacuums should suck and the pressure washer should blow. I could urinate harder than the pressure washing guns and the stalls have no soap half the time. Third, when you pay for your car wash at the stalls, it says a five dollar minimum but it does not tell you how much your car is being charged. It just tells you how many minutes you have. So you have no idea how much you're being charged it just gives you how many minutes you have and then by the time you wash your car it's for 8-9 minutes you're at $10 already. I can wash my car at every other cup out or spot nearby for competitors spot for half the price and know what I'm paying when I do it and not be surprised when I get my credit card bill. There's no way of knowing what you're getting charged here. Like I said, after numerous problems here over the last several years 10+ I only use them for an emergency purpose and I still have issues.
