I'm grateful to have been referred by Traeger for the products and services available at Premier Barbecue and Fire. When my Traeger Junior Grill stopped working a couple of months ago, I knew that I had to call Premier BBQ. They promptly scheduled a service appointment within less than a weeks time. The young man assessed the issue and clearly explained the reasons why the controller needed replacing. Thankfully, since he had replacement items in his truck, he was able to install the newer Traeger controller within minutes. He took time to confirm that it was in working operation. This newer controller is an upgrade and it is a noticeable improvement to the original factory install. John at Premier BBQ then went above and beyond by calling Traeger customer service and after a lengthy discussion he was able to secure approval of a warranty issue. PLEASE READ It's not often a person gives you such service that you beg him to get a Yelp page up just so you can give him 5stars! If I could give John 100 stars I would. I'm someone that gets 8-9 well liked businesses over to quote me and see if I want to work with them. John came from word of mouth from our friends. There weren't any Yelp reviews but our friends said you need to call him. I'm thrilled to say John not only is the most knowledgeable bbq grill / island construction person I've ever met, but he is also a wonderful person. He secured my Somerset Sizzler Pro and SS cabinet doors at a time when it was impossible to get them and most were backed up 3-6 months at least! He ran me through the gambit of every nook and cranny on the machine. He even came by after work 45mins out of his way to change a small part I wanted changed. When I tried to pay him for his time he refused and then spent another hour with me late at night just to go over the flame ignition / other hardware. A month later I had built a firepit and ran into the problem of lava rock being sold out everywhere... texted John I wanted to buy some... his response was just come and get some scoops I gotcha! I mean come on.... I don't even know if he made anything on our transactions. He talked to me about everything for hours and hours and I know how to properly clean my Sizzler Pro even. John and his family at Premier Barbecue and Fire are all you need. His work is beyond detailed and he is incredibly passionate about what it means to build these gathering places for his community! Premier barbecue and fire has everything you could imagine when it comes to barbecue. They have the biggest selection of spices and rubs I've ever seen and pretty much every single barbecue related piece of equipment you could imagine. The staff is very experienced and the owner, John is about as honest, and hard-working as a person could be. I had a persistent problem with my Fireplace and John made sure to get it fixed for me in a timely manner. I hate leaving bad reviews but have been left with no alternatives. I was prepared to purchase a grill/smoker from this place as they seemed to have great customer service when they spoke to my father in law. Then they sent the price estimate that included a 3% credit card/debit card fee. They stated they were the last in their industry to include these fees however, upon my research, they seem to be the only place passing business fees like this on to customers. They refused to remove the fee unless I wanted to pass on the military discount. First time I have been told my service was only worth it if I accept their tacked on fees. Cashless pay options have started to become the norm and this place is taking advantage of that by charging fees for the luxury. I will have to look elsewhere. read more

I cannot tell you enough about how great the people at Premier BBQ and Fire are. I had looked all over the city for a pressure regulator. I even tried ordering on Amazon that could not get the part for my stove. John and the rest of the team had the part in their store and what was so amazing was they were kind enough to let me have the part for no charge.
