Their team will help schedule your service call using text and phone automation. I love how easy it is to schedule. Once they are onsite, their techs are experienced, friendly, and really do care to solve the problem before them. What makes Priority even better is if they can't repair it, they'll give you a (best deal type) estimate to replace your unit. Then they'll coordinate all of that. We just wanted to say Thank you to Priority Appliances for sending out Jerry as our technician. He was awesome ! So kind , professional and cleaned up any mess that was left behind . He replaced our dishwasher washer today and installed in less than an hour . We are renting this home and new to Nevada so we had to get approval for a new dishwasher . Jerry came out a few days ago to service it and told us it was not repairable ! We were glad because the old dishwasher was awful from the prior tenants. I did not end up buying my appliance from here but I had such a helpful conversation from a guy named Jeremy (whom I suspect was the owner or manager), that I wanted to leave a quick review. When I first called the store, a younger guy answered the phone and he gave me some incorrect information about how GE had boughten out Speed Queen recently, but after I told him I wanted to speak to someone about their washers, he offered to have his manager call me back...and that guy was Jeremy (almost certain that was his name). He seemed very honest and he gave me a ton of good information about which washers to buy, despite the fact that he knew I would probably not be spending my money there...which says a lot. I might come here in the future if I ever need a new washer or something because they appear to be an ethical establishment and that's what counts more than anything in my book. read more

My oven went out on Thursday!! Because I am a renter I had to go through my landlord to have it repaired. So I knew going in, that it might take a couple days. I received communication from Priority first thing Friday morning that they had a tech available on Monday and would text me reminders and a timeline. The tech messaged me early Monday with a 45 minute warning and another with a 15 minute warning. Lui and his Son (I didn't catch his name) showed up on time, wearing masks and booties. They were very friendly and respectful. They worked very efficiently together and were fully prepared for the job. They were done in about 15 minutes. From the first moment the CSR picked up the phone, to the follow up call I got the next day to make sure everything was still good, my experience has been amazing! James was so sweet. I am incredibly thankful for this company! It is so relieving to find a company that is so efficient. I noticed my refrigerator had a leak and almost panicked thinking I might need a new fridge. I contacted Priority Appliances and was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. We also communicated via text which I appreciated because I work during the day. They made it so easy to confirm the appointment. They also provided an arrival window and advised the technician would contact us 30 minutes before they arrived. The technician, Jerry, did exactly that! He reached out when he was 30 minutes out, arrived within the timeframe provided, and finished fixing the leak in a short timeframe. I will never, ever, EVER go back to a big box store again to buy a washer/dryer. I will only go to Priority Appliances from now on! I looked into getting a washer/dryer a few months ago to give me some padding on time for a new home I am moving into. I know that the supply chain is less than ideal and was hoping to get a jump on ordering. I cannot say enough nice things about Jeremy. He has kept me up to date on supply levels and even helped me when my first choice seemed not to be a viable option. We found Priority Appliances when we were out shopping for new tile for our home renovation project. We walked in and were immediately greeted and shown a warehouse of GE Appliances. We had our basic questions answered, and were even informed of an upcoming sale that we could potentially take advantage of. We were impressed, and left our number for someone to contact us for future reference. Because we were at the beginning stages of our kitchen remodel project (and first-time home remodelers), we had been to Home Depot and Lowe's already and had walked through the rows of refrigerators and kitchen appliances. We were simply overwhelmed with the available technology and choices, and no associates approached us or offered to answer any questions. As such, we weren't very enthusiastic about selecting new appliances. Jeff, the owner of Priority Appliances, called me the very next day to discuss what type of appliances we would need for our project, answered some questions, and referred me to the GE website to review and select potential appliances that we liked. Jeff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to expertly guide us in our selection. He made the shopping of appliances a fun adventure! We were invited back to his warehouse to touch and experience the features of the appliances we selected, as well as discuss and learn from Jeff about the proper care and procedures for the appliances. This level of customer service was a tremendous assurance for us that we had made the right decision. Jeff even made sure that we got to take advantage of the sale, which saved us thousands of dollars. Jeff went above and beyond in providing assistance to us and our construction team regarding the installation of the appliances. He was present for a walk-through of our kitchen, and a follow-up meeting with the construction crew, to ensure that the installation went smoothly. He made several extra efforts on our behalf free of charge, and we couldn't be more grateful for his generosity of time and expertise that he gave to make sure our finished project was a remarkable success that we can truly be proud of. Dispatcher is Rude and Airhead. Never ever do business with these people. She called me Friday to set up appointment, I varified Monday and told them I was out of town. Then this lady texts me SATURDAY they are on the way....So i replied, uhhhh I told you I was out of town and confirmed Monday, her reply, sorry it's early in the morning and I made a mistake....Sad, But ok, I'll ignore and continue my day... So now Monday they call me at 8am and say they are 45 mins away, said great I gave driver instructions on how to get into Condo....Hour later Driver texts and varifies address, and OFCOURSE the Dispatcher screwed that up to, Gave guy opposite side of town location. So then she calls me to ask, I tell her no that's incorrect, I said can u ask him how long now, HER REPLY " NO, I am home and can't do that" so you can text or call the driver" WTF.....So as I'm texting the driver, she calls back and said he can come at 5pm ( so only another 7 hours) I said that will not work, she said, " Do you want to confirm 5 or not" I replied I work so no, she said " Thanks and Hung up".... If you give idiots like this tour business, you should be ashamed of yourself. Part of me doesn't want to write this review because the thought of everybody finding this awesome shop and North Las Vegas gem makes my selfish side come out! My wife and I had such a great experience replacing our dishwasher and microwave here. Jeremy was so friendly and knowledgable. He took the time to review our needs and never once tried to upsell us anything we didn't want. He really took such great care of us from the moment we walked through the door until after our appliances were installed. The prices were phenomenal (way better than Lowes, Home Depot, Amazon, Best Buy, Sears Outlet-trust me we checked them all) and the service was even better. I URGE ANYONE CONSIDERING USING THIS COMPANY TO GO WITH ANY OTHER APPLIANCE REPAIR COMPANY. They don't deserve any stars...Unorganized, untrained technicians/people in the office. I will be reporting them to the BBB once I'm done here. We've been trying to get our fridge fixed with them for almost 2 weeks now (it should not take that long to come see the fridge, order the part, & finally come and fix it in the first place). They are very urgent to make time for you and schedule you in for the initial diagnostic visit, but once the job needs to be done they are not flexible or willing to work with you in rescheduling to finish the job they started. They wasted our time countless times, didn't finish a job and refused to work with us once I voice my right to report them to the better business bureau for not conducting their business properly. I'm also frustrated with the lack of customer service they provide in the office. On the day they were supposed to come in and finish the job we called the technician and asked him if it was okay for him to go in and start the job (with our permission of course) and we told him that we would be at the condo shortly... he said that was fine. So when we get there he had already left, the fridge was pulled out of its nook and unplugged and the condo lights were left on, so he clearly was in there. When we called the office they didn't know what was going on: he lied to the office manager saying that he didn't go into the unit (when our front doorman let him) and when we told the office people about how there was evidence of him in there, they said we were lying and won't finish the job after I've already dedicated all that time with them. Really, really horrible customer service and unprofessional business standards and practices!! I believe the people I had bad experiences with in the office were named Maggie and Josh. Also, Josh informed us that they don't make much money only making service calls and was REALLY trying to up-sell us on a brand new $2000 fridge. Why even promote yourselves as a call service company?? I'm sure someone from their end will be quick to address this on here and sound professional and apologetic, but they were demeaning, rude and very unprofessional over the phone. Well Priority Appliance had to come back because the ice maker isn't working again! I believe the problem was in the dispenser, but they have never checked it. This time he shows up and pretends to look, takes the rubber off the door hinge, ( like the ice maker is in the hinge), then precedes to take the front grill off the bottom of the fridge, with no success he snaps it back in place and says he will have to order a new dispenser?!?! WTF..... Don't waste your time with these morons!!! They really aren't qualified to work on appliances!!!! My advise, cancel home warranty and just buy new appliances as needed!! When I got there, I spoke with Jeremy and he mentioned they no longer offer used appliances. Although they didn't have what I was initially looking for, Jeremy did help with suggesting some other places I could go to. I decided to ask about their open box appliances. After seeing that their open box appliances were practically new, unused and very competitively priced, I decided to go with them. Jeremy was very honest, helpful, and upfront with everything. So I am adding a 3rd update which, unless Yelp reinstates my review from 06/11/2014, will appear as only a 2nd review. I feel it is very important to warn other potential customers of the less than honorable actions by this company and their employees as well as point out that it is in line with the overall poor service that I originally received from them. So here's a review of what has happened in my interactions with this company since my original review. I originally reviewed Priority Appliances (P.A.) on 06/11/2014. I was just recently clearing out some old archived emails and noticed that Maggie G (who I have discovered is a co-owner of P.A.) had commented on my original review on 07/21/2016. After reading Maggie G's comment I wrote an updated review which was posted on 08/20/2017. Shortly after posting that review I received a direct message from Maggie G accusing me of "continued harassment". I'm not sure how writing a review and then providing an updated review after getting a comment from an owner is harassment. Now, I'm sure this is confusing for some because my review from 06/11/2014 has mysteriously disappeared (as Jeremy noted in his recent comment on my updated review). I originally thought I had done something stupid like writing over my original review but it turns out that was not the case. I just discovered that shortly after posting an updated review on 08/20/2017 that my original review from 06/11/2014 was reported and removed for a supposed TOS Violation, over 3 years after my original review, and without any explanation of how it suddenly violated the TOS. If you go to "Reviews not currently recommended" you can see a review from Gary A on 06/11/2014 that was "removed for violation of TOS" - you might also notice a glowing review from a Maggie G from 01/28/2014. She also happens to be the same Maggie G who I mentioned earlier sent me a direct message accusing me of harassing their company. So the timeline is: I write a review of Priority Appliances on 06/11/2014. Maggie G, a co-owner/employee responds from a personal account on 07/21/16. On 08/20/17, just over a year after Maggie G commented on my original review I add an update to my review as a way to respond to the erroneous claims by Maggie G as well as to clarify details of my original experience. Sometime between 08/20/2017 and 08/21/17 my original review is reported and removed for TOS Violation. Because it has been removed you also cannot see Maggie G's comment from 07/21/16. (I wonder who reported it...) Also, on 08/21/17 I receive the following direct message from Maggie G: "Gary, have you done business within the past couple of years? I don't think so. We have completely redone our office staff and office procedures since your experience. Just because your home warranty experience was horrible, please don't totally apply the blame to Priority Appliances. We have guidelines from the Home Warranty companies to abide by and your experience was largely due to those guidelines. Perhaps your should make sure of those guidelines before you blame the service company. All that glitters is not gold." I sent this response: "The issues I experienced were all the result of Priority Appliances. Once the work was assigned to another repair shop and everything started over I had a perfect experience with both the new repair shop and my home warranty company. You should really consider how much of a bad impression your company left on a person that they would still remember it so vividly 3 years later." On 08/22/17 Maggie G responded: "Again, you should not be harrassing a company 3 years after. You don't know how much our company has improved over the past three years and the reviews have not been manufactured by our staff, but by legitimate happy customers. Please come to the office or call Jeff or Jeremy at 702-799-9394 if you with to discuss further." 08/23/17 I write this updated review and report Maggie G's review, messages to me, and account for TOS Violations including that those affiliated with a business should identify themselves on their accounts when contacting customers, which as of right now she does not; and she also wrote a review for her own company which is frowned upon by yelp, among other reasons. Also, I cannot confirm at this time who reported my original review but seeing how poorly Maggie has conducted herself in her response to a bad review I would bet it all on her being the one who reported my review, but I'm not a betting man so I wrote this update instead. p.s. I mentioned in my previous update about some of the more recent reviews appearing to be suspicious and possibly staged or manufactured seems even more likely now. read more

I am only renting a condo but the management company uses these guys for repairs. Mario came to fix the fridge and did a great job! I can't speak to prices since it is handled by the owner but they did a great job. I think they've also fixed the dishwasher too (Bosh and fridge is Sub Zero) so they can handle high end appliances, no problem.
