Their website specifically states they provide cognitive and behavioral therapy as well as TMS for OCD - yet he says he cannot help-- and no one in either office location cannot help- But then cannot provide ANY other recommendations for where to seek help? This "doctor" should not be in the business of treating ANY patients with this lack of care or concern.

Went round and round, once realized, with the practice management providing the previous insurance and current to run for the sessions. Even called my insurance to ensure they could still run the claim. More back and forth and ran wrong ins again. The incompetence with this practice is shocking. I ended up paying $1000 to keep this off my credit report. Had no choice. I have NEVER been without insurance in my entire adult life and these people forced me to pay for something my insurance. Over with a $20 co-pay... These people including Dr. Palouse couldn't care less. This is how they treat the mentally challenged and I was a client for 4 years. Forced to start over from scratch with new team. Total waste of money and time. And good luck with any appointment that runs on time. Even show up to appointment and they claim there is nI appointment. Just horrible scheduling on top of everything else.. As well, you will eventually experience the rude and high turnover office staff that are truly incapable of appropriate customer service, working through billing issues or insurance issues. I watched these people treat some very challenged individuals with very little tact! Steer clear from Dr. Palouse and his circus at Michigan Behavioral Medicine. I am able to quickly get appointments when needed and getting in touch with my provider is very easy when I need a medication refill or have an emergency. The level of care provided is excellent.
