I have been going to this bowling alley for years and it could use some updates in my opinion. Alot of the games are broken, damaged, missing items or have deflated bowls. The prices also seem old and dated. The drinks are decent, but they advertise specialty drinks and then they don't have alot of the items for the drinks. The food is always very good. This restaurant needs some oversight. Tonight, my husband ordered pizza and wings through Grubhub. The designated delivery time has passed on the app, yet the order still shows as delivered. My husband tried calling "Premier Bowl & Bistro," but no one ever answered the phone. He called the delivery driver, who said he had waited 15 minutes, and "Premier Bowl & Bistro" told him they had never received the order. My husband kept calling the restaurant, but no one answered. My husband decided to go to the restaurant to see what was going on. Mine, you he had the receipt showing the order was paid for. My husband showed his receipt and asked for his order to be made. The sales and marketing manager, "Brittany Rivera, told my husband she had to ask her boss. Brittany then called her manager, who refused to speak with my husband. My husband was told they would NOT make his order because they do not use Grubhub, nor did they receive the order. My husband then showed Brittany their website, which stated that orders could be delivered through Grubhub, Uber Eats, or DoorDash. Brittany informed my husband that was old. My husband informed that the website should be updated, and he had used that website before. Brittany Rivera was rude and unprofessional, and Ericka Harmon, the Senior Operations Partner, refused to speak with him despite his request for her assistance. Ericka then made rude comments that my husband could hear, and she and Brittany had a conversation among themselves. My husband asked for their names, to which Brittany threw two business cards at him, one with her name and the other with Erick's name. We have spent plenty of money at this restaurant in the past, and the customer service has never been like this. The two managers are rude, disrespectful, and unpleasant to deal with. My husband will be taking the complaint to upper management. I'd rate this a 0.5 if I could. This entire place was unsanitary. Workers were just lounging and sitting on counters. The woman's bathroom was the worst, flickering lights, sticky floors, corny wall decals, and wet toilet paper all over. We decided to have a holiday party here and everything went really well. I paid for the food beforehand and paid for the bowling the night of. The lanes were ready for us when we got there and the staff working the front were kind and helpful. It was easy to get our shoes and picking a ball to bowl with. We had three lanes and inputting everyone's names in the bowling system was easy. The restrooms have many stalls. The food came out and everything was delicious! We ordered shrimp cocktail, chicken tenders, fruit player, veggie platter, cookies, jalapeño poppers and cheesecake bites. We had fun. Located immediately next door to Frames N Games, another bowling alley. Premier bowl is slight upgrade compared to Frames N Games. Waitress checks on you at the lanes and brings food and drinks. They play music videos on at end of lanes in evenings, which can also be little distracting. You pay a little more to bowl here as compared to Frames N Games. This is also a b it smaller. It really just comes down to preference. read more

Just expect a different bowling experience with tight lanes so you'll really get to know your neighbors and pricing is by the hour, not game, so our group of 4 managed to finish one game and barely start another one before time ran out. Came here to bowl because frames n' games didn't have any lanes for the rest of the night. Upon arrival there was as 30 minute wait to bowl so we came to the bar for a drink in the meantime and waited approximately 16 minutes until we were even acknowledged. Not a "hello" absolutely nothing but a glance. People were waiting at the bar before we even came and they were ignored alongside us for a good while. The bartender that is working had a terrible attitude like she can care less about her job. It's absolutely terrible service (at the bar at least). First time here and our first impression is, the customer service at the bar is GARBAGE. Period. Couldn't be more disappointed to be a customer here and have an awful experience. Took forever for simple tasks, slurring words, forgetting what she had already done. The line of people waiting for service was 5-6 deep. She seemed to be in great pain at one point, so it could be a reaction to pain meds. Lanes were very cramped, with plastic partitions between sets of lanes. Very much designed to get you to spend money on other stuff besides bowling. Was $50 for one hour of bowling with 4 pairs of shoes, which they also charge for, on a Saturday afternoon. Super cool and clean business. They really have a good niche and will be successful. Attended on ugly sweater night and had a good time. The DJ was the highlight and played a nice mix that made all attendees jump on the dance floor and in their seats. The bowling was sufficient and I really like the neon lights. Downside to this place was the super weak drinks and the nachos didnt have enough chili. Overall, it's worth a try and I can see me being a frequent flier when I want a casual night out. read more

Manager on duty told my sister things could get "active," because she asked him about using his serving gloves to shake hands with his homeboy. That was an appropriate question considering how disgusting it is to be serving and shaking hands with the same gloves. It was extremely inappropriate and threatening to say that to her. You have to go the bar to order anything which will take up your entire bowling session almost because bar customers were served first no matter how long we were standing there. Received the wrong food which was no problem just wanted to have it changed to what was originally ordered but instead the employee turns the food ticket around and shrugs her shoulders and tells me that's no her problem. I've been here twice. Once with my 13 yrs old son who loves arcades and once by myself. The food was excellent, bartenders are super sweet, coin changer for the arcade cards and atm on site. Hugeee bar! 3 pool tables, clean bathrooms and great music. Mostly RnB like usher. I loved the meatballs and my son loved the wings. Mixed crown which I love and good drinks. I was so disappointed when I went to bowl yesterday 2/21/21 with our neighbors. We arrived shortly after they opened and noticed not one employee wearing a mask, yet On the entrance door it states everyone must wear a mask to enter the facility. I will say the woman behind the counter tear was very courteous and pleasant. The guy behind the bar was extremely slow and seemed to go out of his way not to make eye contact so he didn't have to wait on you. As it got busier things got even worse. There was a blue haired girl sitting at the end of the bar who worked there but did absolutely nothing to help. we also ordered food which was actually really good..5 stars for the food. before we left I asked aa server who the blue haired girl was, I was shocked to hear she is the Bar Manager. She did not lift a finger to help anyone, I watched the lady who checked us in wiping down tables, delivering food and going from group to group to make sure everyone was doing alright. All this while still going and checking people in and she was by herself for quite a while. this place needs to get rid of lazy bar manager and replace the bartender with someone who wants a job and is willing to work. Went to this bowling alley on Saturday night with 6 people for dinner and to bowl. This place is for adults only. The food was marginal but the service was terrible. At 8 PM the DJ starts playing music so loud that we could not even talk to each other. Ended up going next door to the regular bowling alley in Pooler for families, and bowled there. Premier is certainly not premier, and only 14 lanes. Save yourself time and a headache, go to Frames and Games next door. read more

I love this place! So much better than the one across the street. The games, seats, and overall atmosphere is so much better. Everything is brand new. Kids aren't allowed after 6pm, which is nice for those of us that like to bowl without the screeching kids. The bar is very nice and the seats are very comfortable. Amazing place! read more

The bartenders are God awful. Sat at the bar for over 15 minutes before finally getting the bartender (a guy) to take our order. My boyfriend literally asked him "do we have to wave y'all down or do we wait for service?" And he replied "wave me down, I'm really busy." After that we decided to no longer order with him. Closed out our tab and obviously didn't tip. We then asked the other bartender (a woman) with one arm in a sling to service us and she was 10x better (nicer and accommodating) than the guy. And she did it all essentially with one arm. We didn't mind it being busy but you should still acknowledge guests and let them know you'll be with them ASAP. read more

They have never had enough staff but now it's ridiculous! 3 employees on a Saturday night during a party is ridiculous! The bartenders were slow, non responsive and looked as though they were be forced to work. Not friendly. Finally got service and then never saw them again. The one drink I got was ALL JUICE! It was advertised as an Ugly Christmas sweater party with a contest at 9. No contest. No mention of the party. It's over 21 in the evening the the lights are far too bright in the lanes for the evening. They don't turn them down until 20 which makes no sense. We requested food service on our lane. It took over 30 minutes for her to show up and then once we ordered we never got our food or drinks. We finally left. They used to have a great DJ on the weekends which they gotten rid of but was a really nice touch. The bathroom was disgusting! This place has potential but is being horribly managed.
