My Dr is the absolute best! I had an unexpected long wait time, however I cheerfully waited and cheered when they finally called me in. We have to be patient patients period- now say that three times. You can't wait for quality healthcare? Why, what's the rush? Take into consideration that the person with the doctor may need a lengthy explanation, more tests, anything is possible... I want my doctor to explain things, not rush through my appointment, answer my questions, allay my fears, speak in terms that I can understand, and he puts the world on hold cause I'm important... This place is very unprofessional. Many of the representatives are poorly trained. They are violating every person's identity and safety. Be very careful dealing with them. I'm one and I'll be handling that. NYC has to do better oversight of these medical places. Many are violating people's safety, privacy and rights. They are denying people care. Fraud fraud fraud. NO STARS. They are nice until you are convinced to get surgery then they ghost you and fraudulent bill you. Dr. Ahuja and Dr. Lyandres remain unresponsive to their patients after surgery then they have the office manager Karen who covers their unprofessionalism. I hope she's compensated for that. They billed for machines and things then stated that things are unnecessary. No ethics with these people. They have no concern for patients. STAY AWAY. Reported them to the BBB. read more

Visited here on the 25th Septemper , the staff was courteous , the service was prompt and I was able to see the doctor within minutes . I was definitey pleased with the service . I received excellent care there and would definitely recommend . While with the doctor , he was attentive and recommended the necessary tests that was needed , this type of care was 5 out of 5.! read more

Dr. Yuly Lyandres can be pretentious and curt over the phone. Some of the machines/technology used at the Queens location is out of date. This was the reason the doctor misdiagnosed and caused panic with my family for weeks. The doctor had called me out of nowhere to say a family member could have a stroke!! He didn't offer advice except for going to another specialist! When I tried calling back for more information, he refused to speak with me and his assistant yelled at me, giving MORE WRONG information. Don't work with this guy. Was able to get a same day appointment. Staff was courteous. Dr.Mittle is an absolute gem. Very thorough and knowledgeable.

Medical services was good but fraudulent billing. My insurance company and I were billed for 2 months use of a heart monitoring device, but only had service for 1 month. Also was mislead (as other reviewers have noted) that my insurance would cover all of the costs. read more

I wish I would have checked the reviews for this office. Please watch the billing and claims they bill for things that they tell you the insurance will cover or trick you into going into a screening program that is supposedly free to join then they submit it to insurance company and you get stuck with the bill. The wait times are long and the staff are very rude. Stay AWAY!! read more

The entire staff at this office is unprofessional and rude. They have zero to no patience for the patients that are mostly elderly and very ill. I brought and elder of my family to this practice after one fo their doctors saw them in the hospital after a heart arrythmia for a follow up. And we witnessed the head doctor of the practice behind the front desk yelling and throwing papers at his staff. I have worked in the medical field myself for a number of years in the Hospital and Private pratice sector and i have never witnessed such unprofesionalism displayed by a doctor, which is probably why the staff is also unprofessional i asked the receptionist which clip board we should sign in on because their are mutliple she barely looked up made a face as if i was bothering her and just pointed.
