I came in to get bloodwork done two weeks ago , I was then told I need to schedule a follow up appointment for an annual ( which I also wanted to do in the first place ) I'm 20 for context, and just moved , so i'm trying to find a new doctor. It's my first time taking care of ALL the paperwork, appointments, checkups, etc. What I clearly didn't know , is that bloodwork and your annual visit should and will be done at the same time too , you know .. avoid having the come and pay for a completely separate visit. I came back in Today , to get this " annual " , and also wanted to voice a concern I was having . More context , I had felt a lump in my chest and wanted a "professional " to check , she comes back 3 minutes later to tell me that they will have to charge me an extra visit ( apparently NOT covered by my insurance) for her to check this lump . Almost walked out on me mid sentence trying to ask questions about this ridiculous extra charge , and when I stopped to tell her that I wont be doing that and will then be going somewhere else for a checkup , she continued to question my decision saying that "I need this exam " . I've never had someone attempt to peer pressure me into getting any type of medical exam before , and honestly by this time I just told her I wasn't sure I even wanted any type of exam from them today . These again are just small issues, and suspicious that built up over the visit, and it just keeps getting worse. Finally my no was heard and she left to tell the doctor I didn't want to add on this extra exam , and as stressed as I am about it i'm not going to keep going to a doctors office that care more about the money than my health. After she left to update the doctor once again, one of the receptionists entered the room and started questioning me about now not doing this annual . This are the things she then stated that were not communicated with me . 1. They didn't get everything tested I asked for the first time for my bloodwork( which they said would be done) and now they planned to get more bloodwork today . None of this was made aware to me , which is very important considering you need to fast before a bloodwork appointment. 2. She then told me " well things came up with your thriod and we need to check it again , and that " we needed to check my magnesium again", for some undisclosed reason. They will lie to you for the sake of money, and will give you fake health scares . How I know these were fake made up on the spot diagnosis's? My grandmother was a biology major, science teacher, and studied in med school , and yes I will ask for her knowledge about these things , because she will be able to truthfully with my best interests in mind, to tell me my results. My vitamin d and b12, b6 was low, but nothing unfixable. Also yes I take health incredibly seriously. This combined with her blocking my only exit , just made me want to leave immediately. I wasted time and gas, just for multiple people to attempt to gaslight get me into getting an overpriced groping . As i'm leaving , already aware of this $25 cancellation fee that posted up around the office 30+ times , the other receptionist tells me she will label my appointment as a cancellation. Yah, absolutely not, I wasn't seen by the provider, and it's not a canceled appointment due to me literally showing up. I try and explain how she never saw me , and that I really just didn't want this charged on my card, because I already extorted my monies worth of gas getting out there. I directly ask " If they will charge me a cancellation on this visit ( yes or no question) , which she then responds " well i'll tell her you were not seen but I will have to label it as a cancellation " ( neither yes or no) . Also I think my provider would know if she did or didn't see me . This offices lacks compassion , professionalism , safety, communication, and ethical integrity. Just another mediocre money hungry business that makes you feel as if your problems or health concerns are an inconvenience. I've actually never wrote a review or anything service industry wise cause i've been IN the trenches for a long time . I've had bad experiences with the medical industry before , and once again let me reiterate my health is not something i will ever risk. Everything about this office is a screaming red flag and scam , the people in the office do NOT care about your health and concerns , and your needs will NOT be meet . It took me unfortunately two visits to realize. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, i'm being so serious, if you are new into looking for good doctors office or physician DO NOT go here . I wish I'd known before the second trip out , but hopefully I can help someone looking though yelp . read more

I love a doctor who is approachable and is willing to take the time to explain everything from diagnosis to treatment and sometime referrals when needed and Dr. SANGHVI along with her associate are just that. A true blessing to call them my DOCTORS. They care for their patients and it shows! read more

She is a wonderful doctor very friendly she understands my needs and is very caring and listen to everything I have to say she takes good care of me and she answers all my questions by explaining each detail to me Her staff is very friendly as will I would recommend her to anyone read more

Dr. Purvi J. Sanghvi is absolutely terrible. Please do no waste your money here. As many others have said, she is incredibly rude and dismissive. She is quick to speak down to you, and will make you feel guilty for bringing your medical concerns to her. Her immediate response is to refer you elsewhere. It's as if she doesn't want you there, and her tone carries a heavy implication that you are wasting her time. She offers no compassion, empathy, or support. Zero. Nothing. I'm shocked by the bad reviews, I went there this week and it was a great experience overall. Waited about 30 minutes in the lobby, but everyone was so friendly. I really liked Dr. Sanghvi and I felt confident in her expertise. I also had bloodwork and I was so thankful I could lay down rather than sit up- they don't have that at every doctors office so that's a huge plus for me. Besides the longer wait that day I am so glad I found a new primary care that I trust. read more

THIS OFFICE IS THE WORST!!!! Natasha the front desk receptionist is extremely rude and needs to be fired. She lied about scheduling a follow up appointment for which I never agreed to and threatened to charge me a no show fee on top of that. Dr Sanghvi is very rude!! She yelled at me when I explained that they scheduled me an appointment I never agreed to && said that they don't just schedule appointments without us agreeing before leaving && charged me for a no show. I had no sitter and had to bring my toddler with me(who is autistic) he was stimming and she told him, "Can you hush for a min!" I will not be returning to her. She didn't really want to assist me, she told me she needed me to find a name of a medicine I was taking while she goes and help another patient and she'll send her nurse to check to see if I have it because I'm taking a while to find it. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would! My husband came in and got tested for the flu since he was having terrible symptoms. They told him he was positive and that they couldn't give him any medication for his symptoms since it had been more than 48hrs since he had it. Here they don't treat your symptoms. They could've given him some cough medication or something! They pretty much told him that he had to let his own body fight it off. I came in two days later with a sore through and they told me I just had allergies even though I told them that my husband had just been diagnosed with the flu at their clinic. Since I tested negative and I'm assuming I tested too early, she just told me to take Claritin. The next day I had a 104 fever! I immediately called at 7:30AM and they said if I test negative again that they can't guarantee that they can prescribe me medication. Here they clearly do not treat any symptoms you may have. They also told me that I would be seen until the afternoon. I immediately went somewhere else and without testing me and based off my symptoms and that my husband had the flu they gave me two shots to ease my throat drainage and inflammation and prescribed me cough medicine, Tamiflu and Azithromycin no questions asked! I'm lucky I was able to go on a Friday since most providers are closed on the weekends! I will NEVER attend this clinic! Worse care EVER! read more

Once or twice a year Dr. sangvi was fine. Going in for pre op work,I will never go back to her! After the nurse had a hard time drawing blood from me,the next day,Dr. S left me a message,blood work not good.I'm referring you to an oncologist! No formal explanation,just go..being a breast cancer survivor,this out me into a complete panic.when I asked to talk to her,she said,I already told the nurse you need to see a specialist..thx after frantically trying to get in asap,the oncologist drew my blood and it was all a mistake! If Dr.S said to come back in 24 hours and draw it again,I would have saved myself $300 and 24 hours of complete panic! She's awful read more

Dr. Sanghvi is very direct and to the point, while remaining approachable and friendly. Office staff is great, and the office itself is pretty nice as far as a doctor's office goes. Hoping to keep her as my primary care doctor for a long time. Wednesday hours are limited, something to be wary of. read more

Most horrible experience ever. Dr. Sanghvi was very rude, started to raise her voice at me telling me that I am confused about my mother in laws care. After I asked her to stop raising her voice at me and to let me explain why we were there instead of seeing the specialist she referred us to. (They were backed up with appointments and couldn't get us in for another month.) She raised her voice again telling me she couldn't do anything and that we should've gone to the specialist, when all we needed based on a recommendation from the in home care nurse, was to have a quick urine test and a quick blood draw to be done. She also felt the need to remind me that she is a medical doctor and proceeded to scold me. I guess she feels that because she is a doctor it gives her an excuse to treat people this way and talk down to patients? Most horrible experience ever. She acted like my mother in law was just a burden and that we were idiots. She also commented that if we would like to find another primary care physician in the future, that she would be fine with that. Even after I told her that I would be writing a review, she replied with "That's fine". Does not care about her patients at all. That might be why her office is always so empty. read more

I chose to go to Premier Care in November for a physical because I was tired of just being a number at a larger clinic. I had a good experience overall until I got a lab bill after for $246! During the visit, explained that my endocrinologist had run blood work the week prior and that I had an appointment the following week for test results. I called and spoke to office staff to explain and got no where! As a courtesy to the patient I feel someone should have taken the time to call the endocrinologist Office to see what tests they ran! Duplicate tests were run and no one seemed to care that I had to pay additional out of my pocket! read more

Her staff is aggressive and rude which is the last thing a sick person wants. I was told the doctor refuses to see me "because the trust was broken" although I never saw her to create or destroy any trust. I have had a head injury, a stroke, and seizures so suffer days of dizziness and wisely do not drive when I have those events. Unfortunately I had 2 of these events as well as an electrical problem all causing me to have to cancel appointments without 24 hours notice. Nothing was within my control but the staff -- not the doctor -- told me to go somewhere else & they didn't care where. I had no choice but asked Natasha to have my records ready the next day AND SHE AGREED. later that day I left a message that she could just leave them in an envelope with my name and no one would have to speak to me. When I arrived for my records, I WAS REFUSED! I COULD NOT HAVE MY OWN MEDICAL RECORDS WITHOUT PAYING $50 for first 20 pages and $0.50 for each additional page. Natasha told me it was my own fault for asking my doctors to send them. She also said they would email to "your new doctor" (but she wasn't my "old doctor") if they called. Dr. Sanghvi has neither the right to keep my records nor to send them to anyone else. She NEVER treated me!!!! She never even spoke to me!!! I have filed a complaint with Texas Medical Board and can only hope I can get my private records and insurance from them before my health further deteriorates since I have a brain tumor, Hepatitis C, and severe anemia. Health doesn't seem to be the concern of the practice as much as money for something they do not have rights to sell and verbal abuse of potential patients. They could have called me about the charges but decided it was "more entertaining" to make me drive to their office then tell me to my face. read more
